Description of Work: Pumped out old broke septic tank and collapsed and buried it and put in a new tank and put in a new septic field replacing a field that is over 60 years old and the new field will last another 50 or 60 years again. Also school me in on how to do preventive scheduled maintenance every two to three years so the system never has a problem again.

Description of Work: My septic system was failing. The county will not allow a homeowner to fix the problem if sewer is available. AAA Thompson's Septic gave me the best estimate, performed the job of collapsing the tanks and connecting to the sewer on time, and on budget. The owner performed the work and was so skilled with the backhoe that he maneuvered around trees and shrubs without a single broken branch. Excellent job overall.

Yes, Clifford IS crazy good on both our mini trackhoe and on the backhoe. I'm still amazed when I'm able to visit a jobsite and watch him wrangle a bit. Of course, there are times that branches may be hit, but I'm glad we were able to take care of you better than you'd expected. Sondra

1st, let me say we don't actually offer the service you make reference to. We don't set appointments to come out and "clear a clogged drain." We do come out to pump the septic tank, and IF there winds up being a clog also--we try to go the extra mile and help clear. And, if we're unable to clear it we gladly refer you to someone who specializes in just such a thing. 2nd I'm sorry you were displeased w/ our time frame for service.On your date of 2/14/13, my daily book shows we were working on completing, a larger, 2 day septic system installation for another valued customer, and Friday,due to a funeral, we were unable to service as many people as we would have liked. We, however, are not a "huge outfit" that takes on, @ times, more than they can "effectively" handle. We only make appointments for those whom we can offer the "best possible service to" & we have to leave the rest to the others. Of course, the best way to stay out of the 'I NEED service ASAP' situation to start w/ is by scheduling regular maintenance. 3rd I regret it left such a long-lasting negative impression on you, that you felt the need to express it a full 4 months down the road. I'm just glad that when people scan thru the many comments from our ACTUAL CUSTOMERS they find glowing reports of our work and customer service! And w/ God's help that's the way it'll continue to be. Description of Work: Called on a Friday they came out Monday at 10am pumped the tank and were gone within an hour. They were super friendly and explained everything to me then answered all of my questions. I will definitely be using them in the future. They were also cheaper than others that I called $240 for a normal sized tank.

We hope you have no septic troubles, for sure. Though it's important to remember, in order to keep from having problems you should always do "preventative maintenance." You want to keep your own septic pumped at least once every 3-5 yrs., optimally every 2-3 yrs, and rentals EVERY year. We were certainly happy for the rapid response, and resolution of our septic problem.
Description of Work: I called them at 12:30pm and they arrived at 4:00pm. They were right on time and did a great job solving our problem. We would certainly recommend them to others. They located and dug out the cleanout hatches and pumped our septic tank. Replaced the hatches and buried them.
