1st, let me say we don't actually offer the service you make reference to. We don't set appointments to come out and "clear a clogged drain." We do come out to pump the septic tank, and IF there winds up being a clog also--we try to go the extra mile and help clear. And, if we're unable to clear it we gladly refer you to someone who specializes in just such a thing. 2nd I'm sorry you were displeased w/ our time frame for service.On your date of 2/14/13, my daily book shows we were working on completing, a larger, 2 day septic system installation for another valued customer, and Friday,due to a funeral, we were unable to service as many people as we would have liked. We, however, are not a "huge outfit" that takes on, @ times, more than they can "effectively" handle. We only make appointments for those whom we can offer the "best possible service to" & we have to leave the rest to the others. Of course, the best way to stay out of the 'I NEED service ASAP' situation to start w/ is by scheduling regular maintenance. 3rd I regret it left such a long-lasting negative impression on you, that you felt the need to express it a full 4 months down the road. I'm just glad that when people scan thru the many comments from our ACTUAL CUSTOMERS they find glowing reports of our work and customer service! And w/ God's help that's the way it'll continue to be.
