We're glad you called us too:) When ready for your maintenance pumping, please remember, to let us know that you have extra large tank and a secondary tank, so that we come w/ plenty of room on truck, and plan our jobs and route accordingly. We had to come back to office and bleed off into another truck after your job, so that we could still take care of the rest of the days scheduled customers. One customer we got to a little late and went into to over time, but no worry we did NOT charge them O.T. Next time, we'll plan accordingly and it'll go even better. Which is why I checked w/ you to make sure he was remembering the right job. You were right...It is odd for a company not to come to door! I don't think it was being "picky'" to expect a simple greeting from a company upon arrival. Come to find out, Clifford sent the helper to let you know we were there. Obviously, that didn't quite happen & I appologize for that..And as much as I like to hear what we do "right," I'm grateful when people let me know when there's something we can do to improve our image and service. "I'm not sure what company you used, but it was not ours! 1) December 1 = a Sunday, on which WE DO NOT work (I even looked in apt. book 2 weeks before and after the date you listed...you're NOT IN OUR BOOK) 2)We don't charge $100 for pumping (we PAY almost that to dump it @ ECUA) 3)If you found someone to come pump: on a SUNDAY, not only dig up a shrub over tank entrance BUT MOVE it to a new location, all for the unheard of price of $100 you should consider yourself "blessed," IT,HOWEVER, WAS NOT OUR COMPANY!"

"1st, let me say we don't actually offer the service you make reference to. We don't set appointments to come out and "clear a clogged drain." We do come out to pump the septic tank, and IF there winds up being a clog also--we try to go the extra mile and help clear. And, if we're unable to clear it we gladly refer you to someone who specializes in just such a thing. 2nd I'm sorry you were displeased w/ our time frame for service.On your date of 2/14/13, my daily book shows we were working on completing, a larger, 2 day septic system installation for another valued customer, and Friday,due to a funeral, we were unable to service as many people as we would have liked. We, however, are not a "huge outfit" that takes on, @ times, more than they can "effectively" handle. We only make appointments for those whom we can offer the "best possible service to" & we have to leave the rest to the others. Of course, the best way to stay out of the 'I NEED service ASAP' situation to start w/ is by scheduling regular maintenance. 3rd I regret it left such a long-lasting negative impression on you, that you felt the need to express it a full 4 months down the road. I'm just glad that when people scan thru the many comments from our ACTUAL CUSTOMERS they find glowing reports of our work and customer service! And w/ God's help that's the way it'll continue to be.
