They cleaned up well, were professional and were timely.

As always, Boen's men did a complete and careful job of trimming my overgrown oaks. They take pains to do exactly what a customer wants done, and clean up thoroughly after. They are even open to adding a few additional cuttings not originally contracted for at no extra charge. I have used Boen's many times over the past ten years and have been greatly pleased not only with the work but also the lower prices charged compared to every other estimate I have gotten.

They do good work. Both my husband and I were satisfied with the outcome of the job.

Jeff Boen came out to give me the estimate and was very professional and polite. When I called to ask to be put on the list, he said it would be the following week sometime and that he'd call the day before he came out. We had a lot of rain that week so he didn't call until the week after that. The crew showed up and went over what was to be done (included going into both neighbors yards on either side of me) and then went straight to work. A threatening storm blew up so they held up because of lightning but then went right back at it. Because it was getting late, another crew showed up to help them finish up faster. They were extremely careful around the pool cage when trimming too - I was so impressed. They hauled everything away, and left all 3 yards immaculate! The trees look absolutely wonderful and now lets so much more light into the backyard area. I would highly recommend Boen's to anyone who would ask.

Boen's tree service presented on time for both giving and estimate and to perform the work. All employees were polite and courteous. They did a very good job, with trimming and were excellent with clean-up.

Called the day before to let us know they were coming. Arrived on time. Donnie, who was running the crew, went around with my wife and the estimate to make sure we were on the same page. Everything went well. All the work was done to our satisfaction. Cleaned up and and only took a break for lunch.

Could not have been happier from the initial estimate to the finished job. At the estimate I was told they were a week out, and I would get a call one day before. Jeff called me Wednesday and said they would be at our job at 9 am Thursday. At nine am they arrived, worked until they were finished and cleaned up the mess, and I do mean mess from all the trimming and left the yard looking as if nothing had happened. Very, very professional. All of Boen's employees seem to really love what they do. I highly recommend and would not hesitate in using them again.

They had the equipment & man power to do the job right! Owner spent time going over all our trees, not just the ones we called him for. A+ great job!

They did an excellent job. They got the job done fast! I tried to make them some lemonade and cookies, but they were done before the cookies even came out of the oven.

Written estimate provided in advance. Once terms were accepted, the work was scheduled for about 2 weeks later. Work crew showed up at the designated time and all work was performed very satisfactorily.

Outstanding service. They came when they said they would, with a large enough crew to get the job done in a short time span. I had some additional palm tree trunks removed and the crew performed without flaw. The palm cuttings could not be run through the chipper and the promised it would be picked up the next day between 9 and 10 am. The next day promptly at 9:30 the truck came to haul away the trash. They did what they said they would do, did it promptly, left the yard clean and all at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Boen's Tree Service.

I WAS A LITTLE WORRIED IN THE BEGINNING. I DOUBTED THE ONE WHO WAS IN CHARGE UNDERSTOOD MY REQUESTS SINCE HE DIDN'T RESPOND, MUCH WHEN I TALKED TO HIM AND THE REST OF THEM WERE SPEAKING SPANISH.

I highly recommend this company for tree service. The price was good and the work was done efficiently. The trimmers even picked up some old tree clippings that I left months ago on the side of the yard. Great job.

The workers were very punctual and polite, and cleaned up after they were finished. I feel the price was a little high, but went with this service as they were able to come out when I needed them.

They must have had a light day because they sent about 8 guys, and they did a fine job. They cleaned up after themselves as well, which was appreciated.

My overall experience was positive, with the exception of a misunderstanding based upon the quote provided. I had expected all pine branches below 10' to be trimmed, but this was not done. I called, and the crew came back out to trim the ones that were too low. As it took me 4 calls to get them trimmed, I was very surprised when I got a call just a few days later asking for a payment immediately. If this had not occurred, I would have been completely satisfied.

The oak tree was very old, at least 20 yrs, and its roots had broken a sprinkler line. When roots had cracked the sewer line and were heading toward the foundation, it was time for it to go. They provided us with the number for a county permit, and as soon as it was approved, they did the work within a couple of days. When they had finished, everything was cleaned up. It took less than 3 hours.

This has been one of the best experiences I have had with tree service. From scheduling the appointment to the completed service, it was an enjoyable experience. The palms look great... best job I have ever seen. They were extremely professional, honest and punctual. They hauled the debris away, and everything was clean. I didn't have to do a thing! I highly recommend Boen's for tree service!

There was some confusion about the bid. It was not written in detail. Thus, I had to pay an extra $50 for items that I thought were in the bid, but the company said no. The bid should have been written in greater detail. Another company that I did not use did write a detailed bid. Also, I had to fight with the company to complete the items in the written bid. It was important that I watched their work.

All personnel were courteous and would listen to and perform my requests. Their advice and knowledge was very professional. I will and have recommended their service.
