I have used Hayes now twice and have them this company to be excellent--they are on time and provide prompt and friendly service. The dining room fixture I purchased was missing parts and the electrician was able to find parts in his truck so the fixture could be installed. I would use them again if the opportunity arises.

The job did not get accomplished. The technician said that there were some issues with the lights that needs to be take care of and so he has taken cared of that but the earliest they could get back is April 15. The electrician that finally did the work just left because we couldn't get up on him and the work has been done for us. They did a wonderful job but they had difficulties keeping people and so they got one guy who does a really good job but I think the gentleman is sort of maxed out as far as him being overworked. He was supposed to be in the last job between 3 and 5, he called at 5 and said he still has 2 jobs ahead of me and wanted to reschedule but I'm a school teacher and I need to be in classes at 4 in the morning so I told him that wouldn't work. He showed up and my observation was he was tired. He's worn out, it's been a long day. I liked them, their prices were good but it's just very difficult to get them out.

We needed to install a chandelier and the store omitted a couple of parts. The electrician scrounged around and got some parts to make it work. He still charged the original estimate.

Mr. Vinny Greco was very professional and knew exactly how to install the fan lights. He also installed a dual control switch.

I have worked with this company before. They are on time, work and finish in a respectable time, and clean up.

Vinnie and his partner arrived within hours told, were polite, clean, neat, conscientious and friendly. I wasn't happy with height of dining room chandelier and they happily and pleasantly redid it at no etra charge. Great job!

All work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Individuals performing the work were friendly and courteous. On day the finish work was completed, they did not leave until they had verified all installations were functional and we were satisfied with the work. I will definitely use Hayes Lighting and Electrical for any future electrical work I need done.
