Outrageous price for repair of a part under warranty. They charge me $125 to come look at it and then charged me 4 hours of labor ($500) to replace the part the next day for a total of $625. The tech was at my house for 2 - 2.5 hours max over both days. When I questioned the time the owner said it took an hour to drive to get the part and an hour to return broken part, plus paperwork. They charge you $125 an hour (labor rate) to drive for parts and do paperwork! Best to find a different company.

Make sure you have a video recorder when using their services for repair because if they break it, they won't fix it. We discovered the hard way that the AC system was installed improperly and caused the unit to malfunction. 2 separate techs verified the findings and the company would not take responsibility for damaging the unit. Excessive fees are charged for a unit that was supposed to be under a 10 year warranty yet an all parts warranty still excluded key components. Never purchase a Goodman product and many companies won't even carry the brand any longer. Originally paid $5800 for a 4-ton unit that was too big for the home as verified by 2 independent techs.

We needed a whole new AC system, inside/outside upstairs/downstairs. It was a tricky job, because we were converting from an old geothermal system, which had none of the usual condenser units outside (those big fan-blower things). Wesley came up with an efficient way to route all of the lines, connect everything to the electric box, and install a great, efficient new HVAC package. His crew was super competent and efficient. We recommend his services 100 percent.

I sent in a request on Angie’s list that I needed a 4 ton AC unit installed. That afternoon Wes called me I sent him some pictures of what I was requesting and install the unit two days later. The price was very reasonable and the job was done in one day. Terry

The installation went very well and it was quicker than we expected. The installers were great: friendly, informative, and very professional. I'm also glad that they were wearing masks. We will be using them for maintenance in the future.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. AC went out on Wednesday, and I was contacted by Wes through Angie's List. Rob came out Thursday morning and found and fixed the problem in no time. Rob was very helpful and explained everything he was doing. The unit is older and I was worried I would need to buy a new AC. Rob took care of the job very professionally and I will be calling them back when it is time for a new AC!!

Technician that came out was very courteous and explained everything. They came out on time and did a professional job. The best company I've ever worked with in regards to an A/C company.

Top notch service and new installation. Wes and his crew were / are fantastic. Every other contractor was in and out in minutes. Service provided was excellent. Not only was the drainage line de-clogged, but the technician offered to install a tee with a cap in order for me to flush the line w/ vinegar every month. This is something previous companies did not offer as an option. Technician was friendly, punctual, and communicated what was wrong with the drainage line without being patronizing. Was genuinely concerned with the overall performance of the A/C unit and my satisfaction with the work being performed. Would rehire in a heartbeat.

I had Wesley Whitson's team come out to install a new inside & outside unit as mine had finally died and needed to be upgraded last year. On the install, they arrived timely, were unbelievably friendly, didn't find me a bother when I followed them around out of interest since I know nothing of HVAC work, and charged a very competitive price for the value. Recently, I requested them come out for my annual check-up. They offered next day service -- unheard of -- and were quick and thorough to ensure everything was working as designed. Matt and Kyle (the two employees) even made suggestions on system improvements in the future with absolutely no awkward sales push, ways to save money other than your basic "change the filter and clean the drain" that you get from every other company, and overall provided a level of trustworthiness and friendliness I've not felt from other HVAC companies. Massive kudos to the team.

My return call from this company was immediate.. We set an appointment for an estimate of a new HVAC system with compressor and air handler. Wesley himself came out to evaluate. I was quoted $1000 less than a previous estimate of a smaller unit. I also felt more comfortable with him, He answered every question I asked with full explanation as to why I needed a new system. The old one had gone bad. He confirmed what I read about all HVAC units use the same parts from the same manufactures, as I had read. Also what I read was that professional installation was as important as the unit itself. The men who installed the new unit were second and third generation HVAC men and knew exactly what they were doing. They were prompt, clean, courteous and approachable. After 6 hours, one would never know they were here except for the new unit. They also leveled the slab for the compressor unit and rebuilt the frame holding the air handler He said he had the best installers and it appears so. I didn't want to buy a new unit but my house hasn't been this cool in 10 years. I also received a years supply of filters.

Rob and Matt arrived as scheduled at 9:30 and worked quickly to install a 3 ton heat pump, a new air handler, a digital thermostat, and also a new duct to my sunroom and put in a vent. They were finished, cleaned up, and gave us complete instructions on how to work everything by 2:30, which I thought was great. They did a great job and were very pleasant. They tested everything and made sure we understood exactly how to work and maintain our system. We love the digital thermostat and every room in the house is now consistently cool. It even feels less humid in the house. I think the price was reasonable for this system and the work that they did. I would recommend them.

It was good. We had the job done. They are efficient.

We phoned the evening before and left a voice message, saying that our A/C had stopped working. They called us back first thing the next morning and arrived to our residence when they said they would be here. and quot;Tomand quot; said that we had had a power surge/ lightening that had caused the A/C to break. He replaced our damaged motor module. Tom's service and friendliness exceeded our expectations/ He arrived to our home when he said he would and he was very professional. We have used this Company before and have always found them to be honest and above reproach.

Wesley Whitson team was awesome they we'er prompt and professional they installed my unit fast and with very good workman ship as I am a stickler for appearance.

My mother's a/c went out unexpectedly during a particularly hot March, so we were looking for someone who could replace it quickly but reasonably. She lives in an older condominium with some odd requirements and several providers that we contacted were not willing to even undertake the work or wanted an exhorbitant price. Whitson was willing to do the work at a reasonable price and was very solicitous of her need to get it done quickly. We were pleased with the service and have had no problems.

I really appreciated Westley's interest in giving me just what I needed. His installers pointed out that the insulation was antimicrobial, showed me where to pour a little vinegar every other month, showed my where the drain line was outside so I could to use my shop-vac to clear out the line if I wanted to do that. When it comes to things like your HVAC unit or an electrical problem you need fixed, or some major plumbing thing, many homeowners are not capable of doing these "DIY". That's why having someone like Westley to step in and take care of it with knowledge and honesty is so very comforting. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

When I first spoke with Mr. Whitson, the weather was clear and he said he would have a man out first thing the next morning. Well, it was raining and storming very hard so he called and said he would have him out that afternoon for sure and he did! Even though it was still raining and stormy, the technician came to repair our ac/heating unit and worked through the storm and got the job done!

Great service, good crew, started on time, completed and cleaned up fine. And later helped my fix some issues (a clogged drain on an older unit) over the phone !! no charge. solid customer care !!

Air conditioning unit was ruined by hurricane charley. Called Wesley Whitson to get an estimate. He called me back from his cell phone and explained the pros and cons of different units. We had a new unit within two weeks.
