Wes Whitson and his team were honest, accurate, on time, and did a great job replacing two heat pumps I needed for my home. It's a leap of faith on such a great expense, but I found Wes to advise me only on what I needed, explained the process, sent a quote which he honored, and set a convenient time to install. The team showed up on time, were professional, took away the old units, cleaned up after themselves, and answered all my questions. I could not have asked for more. Afterward, they contacted me to see if I needed anything else or had any more questions. They even registered the units with the manufacturer. I will gladly recommend this company to friends and family, and I have already!

Westley responded quickly with a phone call & visit to my home. Two days later I had a new A/C system and a cool house. The technicians who installed the system were knowledgeable and polite. I am very pleased!

Worse feeling ever when you come home in the middle of the day on a Friday and your house is 84 degrees and climbing! Well, jumping on the Wesley Whitson AC train yesterday was a very good decision! I knew we had a fatal issue with our system and my wife said "call the guy everyone in our neighborhood talks so highly about". We did and within a couple of hours, at most, the tech was here to confirm what I pretty much already knew .. I needed a new condensor! The diagnosis was made, the call to Wesley was made, he explained my options, educated me on newer parts available since my unit was a '09, the condensor was picked up before the close of business on a Friday afternoon and here we are relaxing in a cool house less than 24 hours later! What a well run operation and I can't say enough about how great the technician was that came to my house to install. Like my roofer, that I wouldn't use anyone else, my A/C guy is now set for as long as he does business. You can bet I will pass your name on to anyone who asks if I know an A/C guy!! We only got a quote from this business as our A/C was able to be repaired. However, Mr Whitson was extremely prompt to respond and come and gave us a very reasonable quote.

I need my AC unit replaced and logged onto home advisors. That afternoon Wes contacted me give me an estimate and was there in two days to replace the unit. He took into account our PV system and its impart on the need for the most efficient system. He spoke with me at length after the install was complete to ensure I understood how to operate the new system. Overall and excellent experience with this company.

WE KNEW WE NEEDED AN AC AND NOT MUCH ELSE. UPON ARRIVAL WE KNEW WE HAD THE RIGHT COMPANY. HE TOLD US WHY HE WAS THERE AND TO NOT TO SELL US OTHER THINGS. THE TECHANICAL CREW CAME ON TIME AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. WE KNEW FROM THE BEGINNING WE HAD EMPLOYED A 5 STAR COMPANY.

The technical crew was very competent and courteous throughout the install. I would have rated this contractor as 5 stars but the condensate drain line was configured in a way that I could no longer install the access cover to my garage unit. It makes the area look "industrial" which was the purpose for the access cover in the first place. I am still getting used to the Amana Inverter units we ordered. They don't operate like a standard Het Pump which has been a source of frustration. In addition to the new Heat Pump Units, I also installed an in duct air scrubber/purifier. The 3rd party device specified the need for a separate pressure switch to automatically cycle the Air Scrubber as the Air Handler started and stopped. The Service Technician (Rob) worked with Amana for 2 days to find a way to use the Accessory features of the Heat Pump to cycle the Air Scrubber. Rob could have simply sold me the additional switch and walked away but he instead kept working at the problem until he found a really elegant solution. That was very impressive!

Every now and then, you hit the jackpot. My a/c was old and while still working, I was putting good money after bad in keeping it functional. It was time. After interviewing two larger companies and listening to their rediculous sales pitches complete with adding on additional discounts the more I hesitated, I realised I needed REAL people who cared about the customer and what he wanted, not what they wanted to sell. Luckily, I picked up the phone and was connected with the owner of the company, Wesley Whitson. He said he could be there the next morning and was. No hard sell, no overblown sales pitches, just an honest guy who understood what I wanted and agreed to quote me on that, not three different levels of increasingly unnecessary features and costs. The next day, the email arrived and I contracted with Mr. Whitson to do the job. He set it up for a specific time and, as promised , his techs were right on time, ready to go. Rob and Zach were just like the owner. Extremely professional, diligent in their work and customer oriented throughout. I know this is getting long but I need to emphasize the satisfaction I experienced dealing with this company. DO NOT hesitate to give them the opportunity to do your a/c work!

My AC was out for about 5 days. I called a company I had previously used, he came out and said I think its the motherboard and a low voltage short. The next morning he messaged me and said he was too busy to take on my AC. I called another company they came out within 30 mins of me calling. They spent 5 mins to tell me the thermostat was bad (it wasnâ t the thermostat because we had already changed it thinking that was the problem). I used the local city Facebook page and found that Mr Whitson had multiple people recommend him. I called and he answered right away. He said that he could send someone out later in the afternoon. After lunch someone came out and he spent time to diagnose my problem. After a couple of hours he figured out that it was the motherboard and the entire thermostat wire. Thankfully the motherboard was under warranty. The visit was more than I wanted to pay. But seeing how the other two companies didnâ t want to or didnâ t know how to diagnose the issue or be bothered with it. Thank you to Mr. Whitson and his company for taking the time to figure out the issue and fix it.
