Not much of a reviewer but this needed to be said. I emailed Wesley Whitson A/C about a problem I was experiencing Sunday evening. Monday morning Wes himself called me, I explained my situation and by 930 that morning Rob was at my door. After some checks and balances was conducted, Rob found a decent leak in my compressor unit. Everyone knows when youâ re A/C goes out means better get the check book out. Well, this couldnâ t be any further from the truth. This appeared to be a defect in the unit and some calls were made. To my surprise, Wes & Rob worked together and my service call and everything associated with it was covered by the manufacture. Guys/Girls this doesnâ t happen often. I highly recommend staying with the â small guysâ , the service is second to none and you know have a customer for life, and I have a happy wife & kids. Giant thanks to Wes, Rob and anyone else who had a part in this!

Rob is a very experienced home A/C technician and he repaired our 2 whole house air conditioners very quickly and had the parts that were needed . The owner blew me away when he diagnosed one problem over the phone and the next morning Rob confirmed it. they responded the very next morning. i usually do not leave feedback but you really cannot go wrong with this company. i can go on and on .As they say try them - you 'll like them. They are now number one on my list and I will have them check out my systems every year for now on. They are a real stand up company and I highly recommend that you try them first as you will not be disappointed. In my opinion they are the best AC REPAIR COMPANY YOU WILL FIND IN CENTRAL FLORIDA HANDS DOWN. I waited about 4-5 days to see if any problem would pop up. my answer is a perfect repair. I thank your company when i desperately needed to have them repaired they were there for me and my wife.

This was the best service from any business I have experienced! Less than 15 seconds after submitting a request for a quote for AC repair, Wesley himself called me to help. He was so kind and made sure to ask me some questions to assess what the problem was. He ended up telling me what to do to fix the problem before having me pay for him to send someone out. I was able to take his simple instructions and apply them and had my AC fixed in under 5 minutes! He made sure I didn't have to pay for something that could be simply fixed. It's hard to find this type of generosity in any business today. Most people would have known the problem, sent someone out and charged me anyway, but Wesley goes by a set of values that are hard to find anywhere. You can trust him to be truthful and as helpful as possible to you while still getting the best service. I will always be using him for all my AC work from here on out, and I absolutely hands-down recommend him to anyone else looking for AC help. You won't regret it!

Wesley sent a technician at 5pm on a Monday right after I called. The technician, Rob, rapidly diagnosed and fixed our issue. Rob explained everything he was doing, and gave me some tips on how to better maintain the HVAC system. The cost was totally reasonable. Wesley and Rob are true professionals and I can't thank them enough for the work they did. I highly recommend this company.

Our Woodman 4.0 ton A/C system was installed in about 5 hours. Installers Zack & Kyle were very efficient and friendly. The installed price was very reasonable. The system has been running well for 2 weeks now with no problems. I highly recommend this company.

I checked out all contractors who contacted me. Mr Whitson was the only contractor who didn't have any negative comments about him. By the same token--the Amana A/C was the only system proposed by any contractor that didn't have any negative comments either.. The team arrived when they said--went to work until done!!! Great!

Very pleased with the service. Our AC stopped working late one night. I received a return call in a few minutes from Wesley, who scheduled his tech for the next morning. Tom was on time, finished the job quickly and it was a very reasonable price. Very happy customer!

Mr Whitson visited my house on my request for an estimate on a replacement air conditioner. He asked me about my present unit, and after I described the problem, he checked the a/c drain, found it clogged, and proceeded to un-clog it. He then said I did not need to replace the unit. How much more honest can a merchant be? He could have easily have given me an estimate for a replacement, and I probably would have hired him. Instead, he noted a minor problem and fixed it.

Out of all the quotes I received, this team was by far the most knowledgeable and forthcoming. Unbelievably quick service - after accepting the quote, my A/C was done the next day by 1 PM. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a new A/C!

Professional team, all of them, Rob was especially personable, Work was quick, the team works with each other like clockwork, clean, informative, completely a joy to have a company like this one handle my air replacement. If you call the business, the owner actually answers in person and as nice as the guys that work for him. Finally, a business that I know will be there when I need them.

My original request was to have an AC guy install a smart thermostat device (EcoBee). Unbeknownst to me, these smart stats don't work on multiple zones with a master/slave AC system. Guess it would have been good to know that beforehand, but Wesley did clean and tune the AC for less than half the original quoted cost.

Love the fact that Wesley is a local Oviedo company with great customer service and by far some of the best pricing if you're shopping for a new AC unit you owe it to yourself to have them come out and give you a free estimate I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at the amount of money you can save with them needless to say I'm a very happy customer and we'll be using them again in the future

Extraordinary caring person excellent workmanship. The crew is professional, courteous and has a true workmanship. I couldn't afford to re fix ducting so he did was let me use his account to get distribution boxes. I could not find anywhere else. He use his personal time to walk me thru the installation of the air ducts. He made it possible to afford the air ducts in my home. I feel he is a extraordinary human being who cares about other people. I thank you for your generosity and kindness. I am on a limited income to find someone like him is a gift

Wes came out and gave me a quote to replace my entire AC system. His quote was the lowest out of the three we received. We ended up getting an 18 seer system for the same price the other guys were asking for a 14 seer one. They finished the install in under 6 hours. They were professional and accommodating. I highly recommend hiring them.

We cannot recommend them enough. Everything we discussed they did over and above what we expected. Technicians were professional, cleaned up after their work, answered all of our questions. A+++++
