Called Wesley Whitson AC on a Sunday based on them installing the unit in the house we just bought. Wesley took the time to answer on a Sunday morning and give me advise on how to limp the unit along till he could get a technician out to see us Monday morning. As promised the technician Tom showed up on time and was extremely courteous and professional. Went straight to diagnosing our problem. Only took him 10 mins to figure out we needed a new blower motor. Not only was he able to go out and get the part within the hour, they were able to warranty out the part for us being that the unit was only 4 years old. I am convinced no other company would have gone above and beyond to make sure to take care of clients in a way they didnâ t have to. Tom and Wesley I want to thank you guys again for everything youâ ve done for us. Youâ ll be our first call for life.

I submitted my info to home advisor on a Saturday afternoon, within minutes Wesley reached out and was willing to speak to me about my issues even though it was the weekend. Within 90 minutes he was completing the estimate and was saving me over $1500 then any other company that had provided me a quote. In addition, provided me with a solution to keep my home cool while we await the install date and equipment delivery. Work was completed on time and Wesley and his crew are top notch professionals. Hard working team that provided hard work with a fair honest price. I could not ask for more.

The tech arrived at the appointed time. He diagnosed the problem with the AC in short order. He had the part required for the repair on his truck. The AC was running again in 45 minutes after his arrival, all at a fair price.

Wes was very professional and worked hard to get the old air conditioner replaced fast. I called him, he gave me a fair price and took care of the rest, I am an out of country investor and its important to me to have people like him that I can trust to get the job done with no follow-up required.

Our A/C failed on Memorial Day. I searched and found Wesâ s company and received a call to verify that we were ok and didnâ t need an immediate response. Less than 24 hours later house is cool again! Thanks for the quick response!

We had Wesley Whitson AC replace our 17 year old AC system. Wesley quickly returned our call and came out the next day to give us an estimate. Of the many estimates we got Wesley offered us a better brand,seer rating, and price than all of the other companies. Kyle and Zack installed our new system VERY quickly and were extremely professional. Wesley Whitson AC definitely has our future AC business.

Wesley installed a new Amana five ton heat pump for me four years ago. He quoted the best price and did a great job on the installation. It's been efficient and reliable. The reason I am writing this review after four years is that today I noticed that the temperature was a bit high and I checked the thermostat. It had an error message on the thermostat and the heat pump shut down. It's 94 degrees outside today, a Sunday, and it was going to get very uncomfortable very quickly. I sent a text message to Wesley at 5:52PM and at 5:57PM he called me back. Wesley talked me through some trouble shooting steps and ended up having me re-boot the system to clear the trouble codes. The system restarted and quickly cooled the house. When you buy a heat pump you are looking from someone who will return a phone call within 5 minutes late on a Sunday afternoon and help you fix the problem yourself even though they made the sale four years ago. Wesley Whitson did that for me today.

The installation went very well and it was quicker than we expected. The installers were great: friendly, informative, and very professional. I'm also glad that they were wearing masks. We will be using them for maintenance in the future.

Rob came out promptly. Came when they said they would and did what they said they would and fixed the problem. They responded quickly to my call. Prices were reasonable. I am very satisfied.

Wesley was very informative in helping me choose an efficient unit. He went to extra efforts to get me the service warranty that I was looking for. I am glad that I choose to go with an Oviedo company as with the pandemic at this time, I feel it is important to support our local vendors. I know he will be there for annual maintenance and any future service if the need arises.

Called Wes to get a quote about my old A/C unit which the compressor died. I was able to send him pics of specs and was able to get a new unit the next day. I have to say his team did a job that was beyond my expectations. Turned a run-down inside unit panel into what seemed like a work of art. I can provide pics if it sounds unbelievable. I would buy again and use them just for the prompt customer service they provided.

Just had Rob from Wesley Whitson AC Heating services here for my yearly service and I couldn't be more pleased. He was very personable and efficient. I have been a client for 5 years and have always had excellent service. Wesley himself is a pleasure to do business with and I wouldn't even think about using any other contractor for my AC needs.

Wesley responded promptly, personally inspected my existing AC system, and prepared an estimate. His team installed a quality unit at a lower price than some of his larger competitors. Unlike those larger competitors, he didn't try to up-sell me on an unnecessary service plan. I would hire this company again.

Easily the best HVAC company in the area! They came out the same day we contacted them for an estimate on replacing an older system, gave us quotes on three different options, and had a detailed proposal sent over to us shortly after our appointment. We had a few other companies come out to give estimates as well, and none were close to the equipment, warranty, or price that Wesley was able to propose. We picked our unit and Wesley had his team over two days later for a perfect install, as well as adding additional vents to some larger rooms in our home. Once the job was completed, the crew cleaned everything up so well that you wouldn't be able to tell anyone had even been there. We highly recommend Wesley Whitson to say the least!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Wesley, the owner, contacted me within minutes of submitting my info on home advisor. He was very polite, upfront, and honest. He explained everything to me and we setup an appointment for service. The next morning the technician Rob showed up right on time. He was very polite and a pleasure to deal with. He talked me through everything he was doing and did a great job on the repair. It can be hard to find great companies like this who really value customer service and great workmanship.
