I was stood up by another A/C repair company...... Wesley Whitson A/C was here in an hour and repaired the A/C.... I will only use Wesley Whitson from this point on. I appreciate how quick and how affordable he was. I highly recommend using him.....

The service was excellent, prompt, professional and at a fair price. Upon finding another problem indeoendent of the new AC system after installation they fixed this at no additional charge the next day!

outstanding customer service

Wesley Whitson A/C Services charges portal-to-portal for labor fees, including the time it takes the technician to pick up and return warranty items. I was not told this in advance, but the end result was a $225 labor charge for a 20 minute service job. (The parts were covered by warranty). I spoke with Wes (presumably the owner), and was told this was their standard practice. Maybe other companies do the same, but in all my years of home ownership with a number of warranty replacements on various appliances, this was definitely a first. I just wish I was told this in advance.

His crew was very professional and went over the entire system with us and did not leave until they were sure that we were completely satisfied. Living in Pennsylvania and owning a condo in Winter Park FL, that is used by my granddaughter while going to college, presented a problem when the air conditioner needed to be replaced. After unsucessfurl ventures with two other companies I came across Wesley Whitson thru servicemajic and got an immediate response from Wes. He asked if he could send a quote and when received, it was under all previous quotes, so he got the job. What had previously been explained by others as a big costly job was done by Wes in less than a day and, needless to say, I am very pleased with the service and was able to pay for it with my credit card. He called me immediately and agreed to come out just as quick. When he arrived Wesley was friendly and knowledgeable. He had the AC working in less than 30 minutes, and the price was very reasonable. Even though it was the 4th of July he didn't charge me any extra and was happy to come out. Great service.

It seemed like I had just submitted my request for heat pump replacement through the Service Magic site when I got a call from Wesley. Wesley was very friendly and helped me choose the best option that would suit my needs. His crew of installers arrived as scheduled and were very thorough. Replacing the old unit required some repair to the drywall behind the unit and required coordination with the drywall contractor. Wesley's crew was cooperative and patient which resulted in the best possible outcome. I recommend Wesley's company without hesitation.

Mr. Whitson kept me inormed as to when the technician would arrive. He arrived and worked through a rainstorm to repair our a/c in the guest house. It was a difficult job that others thought couldn't be repaired. It works like a charm. The technician was hard-working and tenacious to work through the rain! He was also very polite in spite of the circumstances. It took 3 hours, but he stuck with it.

The owner contacted me immediately. The work began the next morning, once I chose from 3 quotes. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable as well as proficient. Cleaned up and were gone by 3:30. I truly appreciated the very little effort I needed once I said "Yes."

Excellent in everyway

Wesley was great, we had some people vandalize our ac unit and needed it fixed fast for inspection. He was very knowledgeable and the problem was fixed in less than 24 hrs!! I will definitely use and recommend him in the future!

Wes- called me literally within seconds of me placing my request on ServiceMagic. After 5 minutes of listening to my issue, he stopped me and offered to send someone out for free b/c he feared I was being taken advantage of. The solution his tech offered was what the 1st guy said but he didn't executve the repair correctly. So I paid a little more but I felt much more confident about the repair. It was double the 1st but less than a new system so I was o.k. with that. Will definitely call them for all future needs! :-)

Provided quick service at a good price.

It's a rental property, I wasn't there but the job was done on time and well. What I always look for is whether a contractor is "opportunistic" with their billing or exxagerating what needs to be replaced. Such was not the case. I'm demanding and they got it done without requiring much of my time. That's magic. My tenant is happy and therefore I'm happy in this small way.

Wesley installed a Ryan 5 Ton A/C system to replace an old 4 Ton Trane. His workers were professional and friendly, answering any questions I had. I was very happy with his service and would recommend him.

My condo has a old air conditioner that was not working and Wesley came out to give me a quote for a new unit and got it working again. He told me he thought it had a little life left in and didn[t charge me anything for his service. I know that I will be purchasing a new unit in the future and I will be buying from Wesley Whitson. Great and reasonable quote as well
