Handled my panic well. Very understanding. Tech extremely knowledgable, informative, friendly. I hope my a/c never breaks but I TOTALLY trust them and would use them again for sure need be!!!!!

Reasonable price for system replacement. We received written proposal via email with all details right after the quote. Job was done at the time as promised. Technicians were efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. Wesley responded immediately to each of my calls before and after new unit was installed. Excellent customer service! Unit works great! I hired Wesley Whitson AC Heating Services after another A/C tech quoted my elderly parents a large sum of money to fix an A/C unit they had installed less than 3 years ago. I called Mr. Whitson and told them the story and they agreed to come by free of charge and look at the unit. They came by, performed a leak detection (normally over $100) and did not find a problem. I fully expected to be charged for the leak detection but Mr. Whiston was kind enough to not charge my parents. I was very impressed with his honesty and will definitely be calling them back if and when there is an issue.

I highly recommend this company! Lowest quote and the best service I have ever received. The owner is wonderful and my two tech guys, Rob and Matt, were the smartest, most professional people I have ever had to do work on my house. I had other companies come out and they did not compare!

We first had an estimate from another service and was told that we needed a whole new unit. I wanted a second opinion and we called Wesley Whitson who came out and within 15 minutes, replaced a part and had the unit up and running. We had told them when they first came that we probably needed a new unit, based on what the first contractor told us. They easily could have just under bid the first estimate for a new unit, but were honest enough to fix the existing one. They saved us over $5,000. After our old Trane Central Air failed we needed a new system urgently. We at first contacted ARS Rescue Router referred through Home Depot. They gave us a quote for a 15 Seer Amana system for $8000. We found Wesley through HomeAdvisor. He quoted us a price over $2000 less for a 17/18 Seer 5 ton unit with variable speed air handler and 2 stage compressor complete with Computerized wireless Thermostat! Wes and his installers went out of their way to make sure we were happy. I give them my strongest recommendation. Incidentally I purchased a wireless internet access device, wireless outdoor sensor and wireless remote control for this system.

These guys, from the owner (Wes) to the installers (Rob & Matt), were FANTASTIC. They were very professional, polite, courteous and willing to go above and beyond to ensure a quality installation was performed. They were patient and thorough in their maintenance recommendations and showing me how to use the system. I would use them again without question and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services. Since this is our first experience with Carrier, and the system was JUST installed today, I do not yet have any feedback on the system, but it looks great and so far, it's working perfectly!! I'm a very satisfied customer!

Mr. Whitson called me at 10 Pm just after I put in a request for an A/C problem. We set an appointment for the next day and his serviceman was there right on time. He detected a leak in the evaporator and prescribed a new unit. Mr. Whitson gave me a great deal on a new unit and they had it installed in about 3 hours. I was greatly appreciative of his services and he was greater than my expectations!

Rob & Matt installed a 3 zone ductless mini-split A/C system in our home. We found them to be very open and easy to ask questions. We are very pleased with our very quiet, low energy usage unit and would highly recommend a ductless unit to any of our friends. Matt and Rob were very professional, precise and made sure that everything was completed with great care.

I was impress with everyone that worked on the old system and the ones that installed the new system My system was 15 years old so It needed replacing. I have a unit in the attic. This is the first time I'm had the system replace the tech's didn't leave a pile of garbage in the attic. The tech's were professional. They did a nice job of taping the duct work and the overall installation was very profession.
