We were without air in August! They scheduled us for immediate service, showed up on time and repaired our unit for a reasonable cost. Would definitely use again.

Wes and his team were great! Our A/C went out late one night and being new to the area we had no one to refer us to anyone. We called Wes, just by searching on the Internet, they immediately scheduled to come out first thing that next morning. One of his employees arrived on time and worked hard to fix the issue. Later that evening, we had some issues again. I called Wes and even though it was the 4th of July, he personally came out to look into the issue more for no charge. We will definitely be using them again.

The installers were outstanding. They were efficient, knowledgeable courteous and very polite. They answered any questions I had and treated me very professionally. I do highly recommend Mr. Whitson company.

After several quotes from other vendors, I decided to go with this company primarily based on the reviews on this site and price quoted. The team got there around 10am and was done installing the entire AC unit by 3pm. They work diligently, and cleaned the entire area after everything was done. Provided clear instructions about the unit and left information on how to contact unit manufacturer to properly obtain the guarantee. The price was extremely competitive when compare with other vendors which quoted try to charge me over $5K in installation fees. Thank you for the qualify and professional service provided.

Before contacting Wesley, he called using the phone number I had provided and AC service request provided in the contact info place online with Home Advisor. He called late evening after receiving his phone message from HA to let me know he could take care of our emergency situation early the next day! By 11:00 AM next day, he had quickly sourced the problem and had replaced a defective part.... Our original installer of the system could not provide an appointment until several days later! Kudo's to Wesley for personally taking calls on Father's Day weekend to allow his employees some much needed time off! This is the kind of service the general public desires, deserves, and demands.... but seldom gets when dealing with service needs. We only marked down the rating for VALUE because of the charges, but we also recognize the emergency nature of our service request.... deserves a premium price! THANKS.... Dave B.

The techs were the best from installation to explaining all aspects of the work they had done

There are certain expectations when I hire a company like this. I want a fast response to any and all questions, a fair price, and qualified technicians. With this company, I received almost immediate responses, a price that easily beat other quotes for the same product, and very knowledgeable technicians. The only ding is that they showed up slightly (less than 1 hour) late, and I'm kinda anal about timeliness. But, I'm very happy with the install and would easily hire this company and recommend them to others.

Had to add to the review today 5/20/16, that was already posted, but these guys are great! I have some friends coming to stay and one of their wives is pregnant and of course, out goes the AC. Call up Wesley and he tells me his guys have gone home for the day but that he'll give me some things I can try myself. Sure enough it works, call him back to say thanks and ask what I owe for the help and the answer is "Nothing, just want to keep the mom to be comfortable." This is the kind of service that deserves a long, detailed review! (Original post 5/1/15) Great work all around! First time home owner and Wesley and his team, Rob and Matt, did an amazing job. Service was scheduled quickly and Rob and Matt took the time to go over all the details and make suggestions for how to maintain the AC. The cost for the work was very reasonable and they are definitely going to get a call from me if I have any AC problems in the future.

Very pleased. 2 Central A/C installed in one day/ 2 teams. Paperwork filed for rebate with FPL. Very knowledgeable, and patient to provide what customer needs. Attention to details. Overall very satisfied.

This was a great experience with a great company, and I would refer them to everyone! Wesley the owner is who quoted the job, he was friendly, experienced and fair. I never expected to get the Carrier unit I got within my budget. Then everything got even better when Wesleys installers came out. Rob and Matt were very friendly and professional, they explained everything to me as they were doing it and answered all the questions I had. Believe me I was a real "PAIN" but they both were so great and in my eyes need to be recognized as great employees, and Wesley should be proud to have such good men representing his company.
