I dealt directly with Mr. Whitson and he was always very honest, straightforward, and explained very well what was going on with my A/C and the best way to deal with the issue. I always felt that they were looking out for my best interest and did an outstanding job in a timely manner just as they said they would.

Called Wesley For a free estimate on HVAC replacement. It was recommended by another business that I replace the whole HVAC system. Wesley came and looked at it and said absolutely not. He could have easily under cut the competition and made 10k. By far the most honest person I have dealt with since coming to Florida. I will only use Wesley Whitson for all my HVAC needs…

I selected Wesley Whitson AC Heating Services over two other AC Contractors. He made my choice very easy. He was very knowledgeable and honest, answered any questions I had, never rushed or made me feel that I was taking up too much of his time, and always returned my calls very promptly. His price was all inclusive at a significantly lower price than my other quotes for an identical system, and he did not try to add any unnecessary items to the job, in fact, he gave me very good reasons why some of the items I thought I wanted were not really necessary. I also really liked the fact that his quote included the EXACT model numbers of the equipment he would be installing ! I contacted Wes on a Friday afternoon to to schedule the job (a new Amana Heat Pump and Air Handler to replace my dying 17 year old system), and he was able to schedule the job for the next business day ! His crew (Kyle and Zack) showed up on time and as promised, on the following Monday, to install my new system ! I am very happy that I went with the Variable Speed system with Humidity Control and ComfortNet thermostat. Wes was right about the Humidity control keeping things comfortable. We used to set our old system at 73 deg...the new system is set at 77 deg and 55% humidity (as suggested by installer Kyle), and it feels very comfortable (nice and quiet too) ! After the installation was complete, Kyle gave a very good explanation on the operation and settings of the ComfortNet Thermostat. I am VERY happy with my new system !

This company is top notch. They did a two system retrofit in my home with 5 ton and 3 ton communicating Amana products. It started off with Wes the owner coming on a Saturday to have a look at the job and his recommendations and price. He really seemed like he knew what he was doing and was knowledgeable. Well it turned out to be true. The proposal was fair and he had the best price by far for this type of system. Then the actual install took place. The installers were prompt and the install was very clean looking. They were very careful in my house as they had to get one of the air handlers out and into the attic space on the second floor. When they were finished you wouldn't even know they were there, they left the place so clean. They showed me the work they had done and explained the thermostat settings to me. Overall I am 100% satisfied. Would highly recommend the Amana products and Wesley Whitson. The air conditioning itself is amazing as well. Quiet and comfortable.

If you only have a second to read this review, let me summarize by saying this is a fantastic company who has earned my trust after only one visit. I could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. ---------- My wife and I just purchased our first home in June of 2021. The previous owners left everything in great shape, but being an overly cautious person, I decided to hire qualified technicians to inspect and provide feedback for each of our home’s systems. It is difficult to sort the wheat from the chaff from the outright scammers when it comes to choosing a new vendor, especially without the benefit of recommendations. I decided to use Home Advisor to create a baseline and read some reviews before interviewing a few HVAC companies and deciding. The owner, Wesley, called me within 15 minutes of me submitting the form to Home Advisor. He was polite, courteous, and informative in our introductory call, and was able to schedule our preventative maintenance tune up within 48 hours. I gave the technician, Rob, a rundown of our situation on the phone as he headed our way, explaining that I am a new homeowner but I am interested in learning the systems and was wondering if he would be ok with teaching me as he performed the tune-up. This ended up being the best part of the visit, because he FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. He was incredibly knowledgeable and eager to share what he knew. His advice will easily save me the cost of the annual tune-up over time. After thoroughly examining the air handler and giving it a clean bill of health, we squared up and the price of the service visit and parts were exactly as previously quoted and agreed, and totally reasonable. No fluff charges, no additional fees, just exactly what I expected. Wesley/Rob - if you get a chance to read this, thank you so much for your service. This is the 2nd time I have had an AC unit installed by this company, they are fast, knowledgeable, courteous and I always get service way above what I expect. I HIGHLY recommend Wesley Whitson if you need AC work done.

Wes answered all our questions which we had already researched in preparation for him doing the estimate/proposal. He provided accurate information and did not try to oversell us on what was wanted/needed. We liked Amana for warranty, reviews, design and quality and Wes explained the details of what made Amana our best choice. Matt, Kyle and Zach arrived this morning (05/18/2021), completed the install of Amana 19 SEER which also includes dehumidification, checked out the system, gave us a â training classâ on the new controller and answered every question we had. They went above and beyond what we expected. The best way I can describe Wes and his techniciansâ they under promised and OVER DELIVERED beyond our expectations. Once temperatures are cooler in the fall, we will have Wes install new duct work because we trust him and his technicians to do quality work with quality materials for a realistic price. Wes, Matt, Kyle AND Zack all provided exceptional, friendly, QUALITY customer service and I highly recommend them!

Rob, did an excellent job, he sure knew his business.

It was very expensive! But the units work great and the installation was quick but the rebates he mentioned with FPL were a joke. FPL is doing **pay to play** with contractors and the **rebate** is really just a discount by the contractor, nothing off your bill. My contractor turned not to be one of their **Preferred Installers** even though licensed by the state. Also, I got an 18 seer (best made) but FPL **rebate** is only for 16 or 17 seer. WHAT?

They were courteous,knowledgeable and just simply awesome. They educated me of how to maintain the system and for that it was highly appreciated.I would recommend them to anyone.

Within 2 hours of submitting a request for a quote, Wes called me and scheduled time to stop by the next day, which was a Sunday! I needed both central air systems replaced and his quote was significantly less than the other quotes I received. He was exceedingly knowledgeable and helped me select the right replacement system. His team was excellent during the installation process and highly professional. A month after the installation, there was a minor issue with one of the units (manufacturer defect). I contacted Wes and his team was out the next day and had it fixed. I've owned 9 homes over the years and worked with LOTS of HVAC companies. Wes and his team of professionals are hands down the BEST I've ever worked with.

Called Wesley Whitson AC on a Sunday based on them installing the unit in the house we just bought. Wesley took the time to answer on a Sunday morning and give me advise on how to limp the unit along till he could get a technician out to see us Monday morning. As promised the technician Tom showed up on time and was extremely courteous and professional. Went straight to diagnosing our problem. Only took him 10 mins to figure out we needed a new blower motor. Not only was he able to go out and get the part within the hour, they were able to warranty out the part for us being that the unit was only 4 years old. I am convinced no other company would have gone above and beyond to make sure to take care of clients in a way they didnâ t have to. Tom and Wesley I want to thank you guys again for everything youâ ve done for us. Youâ ll be our first call for life.

I submitted my info to home advisor on a Saturday afternoon, within minutes Wesley reached out and was willing to speak to me about my issues even though it was the weekend. Within 90 minutes he was completing the estimate and was saving me over $1500 then any other company that had provided me a quote. In addition, provided me with a solution to keep my home cool while we await the install date and equipment delivery. Work was completed on time and Wesley and his crew are top notch professionals. Hard working team that provided hard work with a fair honest price. I could not ask for more.
