I am an engineer and a bit of a perfectionist. I put the request on Home Advisor mostly out of curiosity. Mr. Whitson called that evening (on a Sunday) to set up a review. Our existing air conditioner was older, barely able to cool despite several other "repairs" from other companies. Mr. Whitson arrived on time and was immediately impressive with his demeanor and overall quality of information. When we discussed reviews of systems, he was straightforward and concise. He said he would email a quote that day. I told him that I had to get at least 2 more quotes just to satisfy my fiduciary responsibility. He smiled warmly and told me he understood perfectly. So, the short version of the story is Mr. Whitson's quote was not only the best, but it included extras and that solid feeling of a good handshake. The system was installed rapidly, the techs arrived just after 9am and were done by 3pm. They were happy to answer my many questions. After they removed my existing unit, they cleaned, painted and sealed everything quite professionally. After the install, they ran through the operation of the new controller, making sure I was satisfied. Our 3,000 ft2 home is now very comfortable in this year's oppressive Florida heat and humidity. The Lake Mary building inspector just left with no problems at all. He said the install was well done and clean. What can I say? You can get other quotes but Wesley Whitson and his team will give the best price, best backup and a comforting ease of mind. It was a pleasure that is missing from the "big box" names where you never know who is really responsible. Thank you Wesley, Rob and Matt (and the others behind the scene).

The whole team did an awesome job! I left them at my house by themselves and when I got home that night my new air conditioner was installed, the old one was gone and the work area was super clean. I Hired Wesley Whitson AC on 6/14/14 To Install a New 3 Ton Goodman in my home. Last Night I Noticed it was not cooling. I called Wesley this morning (Saturday) 6/11/16 and my call was returned in 5 minutes and Wesley Himself was at my house within 1 hour. After checking the unit Wesley said the breaker was off so only the air handler was coming on. I had mistakenly turned the breaker to the outside unit off when I turned the breaker off to the stove which was being repaired. Wesley did Not Charge Me for the service call even though it was my mistake. I Wrote a Great Review about this company when they did the install because I was Impressed with the Professional Job and Prompt Courteous Service and obviously I Still am. If Anyone wants the Best, Look no Further than this Company.

This is the second time we used Home advisor.com and again we were so thankful that we did. We were reading the reviews and Mr. Whitson called and we setup an appointment for Tuesday, When we didn't hear from them, we called and I had messed up our phone number. Their we here within 15 minutes and inspected our air condition and found it was working fine but discovered it was the motor in our heat pump which was still under warranty. It was late in the afternoon so Tom made it workable for the evening and came over the next day removed the motor and went and exchanged it. Installed the motor and it has been working ever since . Tom was very courteous and friendly and we now have a company we can trust for our Heating and AC Services

They were contacting me 2 times to confirm even about the cost I find it little expensive as they request done to be on Saturday So I think in the middle of the week could be better So never ask about the works on week end But. I have no choice But they did the job and quickly Good job
