A last minute request... the pro came in the house and fixed a previous company's inferior work. Did it all in an hour. It's a miracle.

Called Wes and he knew what the problem was over the phone. Was able to have a tech out to my home early the next morning. Kept in touch with me letting me know when the technician would be there and then called me back to inform me the part was under warranty, therefore only going to charge for the labor which was way less than the original quote. Wes was very understanding and patient with us as we're first time homeowners and completely new to this. Definitely would recommend him.

Wesley gave me the information I needed in order to make my decision, without being pushy and trying to "sell" me something. He was more interested in answering my questions and gave me information I could understand. He had 3 guys who showed up right on time. They did an awesome job, keeping the area clean and neat while they worked. They went over everything with me to make sure I knew how the new unit worked and how to register the new unit. They finished earlier than what was told to me, by an hour. When your AC is out for the 3 days, it was a real pleasure to have air on such a hot day an hour earlier! I would highly suggest you get other quotes, then call Wesley and he will beat the other guys hands down. I saved over $1,500.00 by going with Wesley. Found out that the other companies were going to be a lot higher in price and they weren't even giving me the same equipment as what Wesley did. Turn around time to install the new unit was next day.

From now on I will only call Wes! After 5 days of frustration pursuing satisfaction from the original installer for a warranty repair of my 7 year old air handler I luckily found Wes through Home Advisor. He offered to come out the very next day. When he did come he did come I asked him for an estimate for a whole new system but he kindly suggested that it may not be necessary. He went to work immediately and, with the assistance of another very professional gentleman, had solved the problem by the end of business the next day; a repair which my original contractor predicted a 1-2 month wait for a part. He also did it for hundreds of dollars less than my original contractor quoted. Thank you Wes and Rob! I wont be calling anyone else as long as you are available. 6/27/19 Just wanted to add the unit is still (amazingly) going strong 2 years later! Thanks Wes!

Very pleased with service and product.

Arrived at the data and time scheduled, workers efficient and cleaned up the job site well, explained operation. New unit is quiet, and don't have a new electric bill to compare it to yet, but will be checking in the near future. I trust the employees/techs to do good work. Haven't gotten a follow up with the inspector yet, still waiting.

The job was to replace my AC unit and I was extremely pleased with them. They were professional, friendly and did everything within the time frame specified. My new unit a lot better than the old and is much more efficient. I can only say good things about this company and the guys who came out to do the job.
