It was a great experience Mr. Rob came and did a diagnosis and thank God it was the thermostat but he explained everything good and only charged me for the diagnosis and he came twice because I thought I did something wrong he was super nice. Thank you so much you guys are a life saver. If you need their services please call them I guarantee they will fix it!! 👍👍👍

I had Wesley Whitson's team come out to install a new inside & outside unit as mine had finally died and needed to be upgraded last year. On the install, they arrived timely, were unbelievably friendly, didn't find me a bother when I followed them around out of interest since I know nothing of HVAC work, and charged a very competitive price for the value. Recently, I requested them come out for my annual check-up. They offered next day service -- unheard of -- and were quick and thorough to ensure everything was working as designed. Matt and Kyle (the two employees) even made suggestions on system improvements in the future with absolutely no awkward sales push, ways to save money other than your basic "change the filter and clean the drain" that you get from every other company, and overall provided a level of trustworthiness and friendliness I've not felt from other HVAC companies. Massive kudos to the team.

In a field crowded with bad actors, Wesley Whitson is a breath of fresh air! The technician, Tom, arrived on time, was competent and courteous throughout the job. The request was for an annual inspection to ensure the heating and cooling was performing well. The job was completed without any mysterious charge for adding coolant. Wesley Whitson has a customer for life!

Wesley showed up before the scheduled appointment which is a plus in my book, He is very knowledgeable . He was able to pin point exactly what we needed to get our AC working again and fixed everything in a very timely manner. Being that this was an unexpected expense that our family had to endure the price for the service was very reasonable. Would recommend him again

Very responsive and very competitive pricing on Amana product line. Wesley is very knowledgeable on the feature by feature comparison of the equipment he sells versus other brands and models. My new heat pump is quieter and more powerful than the one it replaced and it removes moisture from the air very efficiently.

It was late weekend. I left a voice mail, received a call right away. Fixed it first thing the next morning. Very friendly polite and educational. We were flat broke and their price was very reasonable. They are our AC people now.

Rob was the tech that came to the house and he walked me through everything he checked and even showed me what I can do in the future to reset the condenser to hopefully avoid having to make another service call. Answered all question I had. 10/10 would call/recommend this business.

Gave us same day service during the cold spell. Made the correct repair quickly and charged a reasonable price. Highly recommend them and will use their service again.

They replaced an HVAC unit in our home that had given us nothing but problems since the day it was installed. Apparently it had been installed with kinked lines that weren’t revealed until the old unit was removed. Installation is everything and these guys did a great job. I highly recommend this company.
