I'm not fully satisfied with the service, would've liked it if they were more forthcoming on the charges. Should've been more transparent. Assurances shouldn't be made. It was deceptive. And the failure of the owner to not provide a fair compromise with me very disappointed.

Our old AC system finally stopped working after 24 years and we needed to have the indoor/outdoor unit replaced. Matt and Kyle showed up on time and installed the new AC system within a few hours. They were professional and got the job done.

Absolutely Awesome Company. This is my 3rd experience with Wesley Whitson and his team of professionals, on this project I needed air conditioning service because system was not able to cool the house. I called and left a voicemail at 7:00am on a Sunday, Wesley called me back in just 15 minutes, he came out and verified the issue, the following day ( Monday ) a service rep ROB arrived and troubleshot the problem, I needed a TXV valve. Wesley called within the hour with an estimate of repair & due to the cost being almost half the cost of a new ac unit, I elected to have a NEW 3 ton ac unit installed. The following day ( Tuesday ) Matt & Kyle arrived at 10:00am with the new unit. They had finished the installation in 3 hours, cleaned up, answered any questions I had and tested the new system to ensure it was operating properly. I am very pleased with the professionalism and quality of service provided by Wesley Whitson AC services and his employees. This level of service in the air conditioning business is extremely rare. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that required ac service in the 32765 area.

If your in need for someone to fix your ac just call Wesley. I was surprised when I called him on a Saturday at 7pm and he answered the phone. They fix by ac one day later on Monday. My family would pay anything to have air conditioning back on. But Wesley company just fixed the problem and only charging us $160. And paid it and living in ac and high praise for Wesley. Thank you

good service at reasonable price

I was sick in bed on a Saturday, when our system failed in 95F outside air temps, mid July in Central Florida. I used Home Advisor to locate someone who could come out immediately. This company was the only one that came up in the search and Wesley was at our house in 1.5 hours. The problem was diagnosed quickly and accurately, and was ultimately resolved. The original HVAC service provider that had installed the system within last 2 yrs, had gone out of business. Hence, we will be using Wesley Whitson AC Heating Services, Inc. for all our periodic maintenance services, going forward. Their service is exceptional, their prices are very reasonable and they value their professional reputation. If you live in Central Florida, call this company for all your HVAC needs.

First class prompt service from experienced qualified technicians. My unit failed on Saturday. Wes personally came out and arranged to have the failed unit replaced that Monday! Cool air by Monday afternoon. Cannot ask for better service than that! Very highly recommended.

Mr. Whitson responded within minutes. We discussed the procedure to replace an AC blower motor regulator. He asked if I had registered the warranty. He then called Carrier, determined that I HAD registered and he would NOT be charging me the cost of the component. The installer (Tom) arrived early after informing me by phone he was on the way. Tom was very efficient and charged me the agreed upon cost. REGISTER YOUR WARRANTIES!

Had terrible experiences with other HVAC companies who were not able to locate the leak from my ac unit but Wes and his team of technician were able to detect the leak and issue in less than 10 minutes. They fit me in immediately in the busy season and installed new new ac unit. They were so professional and honest! Will continue to use them and would recommend them to all my family and friends!!!
