Wes Whitman came right out the next day and gave us a bid. It beat all the other bids we had and he was out the next week to install. Really a nice, honest guy. Would recommend him to anyone!! The unit is up and running and it is the quietest unit we have ever heard.....even our builder is VERY impressed.!!

Over priced ($232.50 for a A/C capacitor change!); the worst part was that he called me after work was done and said one price ($157.50) and billed me for another ($157.50 + $75 diagnostic fee= $232.50). I was very upset and called him back and got into a argument with him. And guess what? He was even more angrier than me and yelled profanity at me at the end. For those who do not know how much a regular capacitor used in a 2200 sq. ft single story house, you can search internet and it costs no more than $40. And this was not even an emergency call. Fearful of that his threat to take the capacitor back out would go through, I went ahead to pay him in full and filed complaint with ServiceMagic. I am grateful for that ServiceMagic reimbursed the difference ($75) but I feel I am obligated to tell my story so other innocent consumers out there would not have to repeat my episode.

Very friendly and helpful. Plan to use to replace my AC unit when I have the money. Didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. Had one problem with $1600 extra coming out of my account but I think that was the fault of the bank they used to cash my check but that was all cleared up and I would definitely recommend this company

Wes and his crew were outstanding...I've waited a couple to write this review in case anything went wrong, but so far our new a/c unit has been keeping us nice and cool during these hot summer months. They also went above and beyond by supplying me with a programmable thermostat upon request for no extra charge. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone as they do great work and their price beat everyone else by a mile.

I would highly recommend Wesley Whitson to anyone looking for an honest professional businessman to do their heat pump replacement. He does not try to sell you anything you don't need and his tech's are the best. In and out in 5 hours, yet taking the time to explain anything they felt I was not comfortable with

My experience from begining to end with this company was an absolute pleasure. The owner Wes came out to give his estimate, and listened carefully to my expectations for a new Air Conditioner. he was very creative in coming up with the perfect solution for me at an incredible price. The two installers came on time and were obviously well trained in customer service. they explained what they were doing, and offered me options that i never thought of. Wesley Whitson, called me within 24 hrs. and was able to help me solve my HVAC problem. He called me Saturday morning. Maybe early afternoon He talked me through fixing my problem over the phone. I was told by the first repairman from another company that I needed a whole new system. Thankfully, It was a minor problem. My system had froze up and I just needed to turn it back on and let it reset itself. I found an honest man that didn't try to take advantage of the situation.
