TILE METRICS INC

Tile Metrics was great , from the initial quote right through installation. We went from 12" to 20" and the new ones were installed at a 45 degree so that can make for a difficult install but everything was well done and it came out looking awesome. The new tile are porcelain with a travertine look and make a huge difference in how everything looks. The wood look tile in the sunroom are also nice and a few friends thought it was a wood floor at first. All the work was done on-time and they can back to fix a couple of small issues right away which speaks to the high level of service.

Will definitely will use Tile Metrics again for other parts of our home.

We needed over 1000 sq ft of porcelain tile installed and Rolando was great to work with in setting up a plan. Very hardworking, knowledgeable, friendly, and very quick to get back to us when we had any questions. David was our lead installer and he was outstanding. David worked hard, was very professional, pleasant and he and his crew performed a beautiful installation of the tile. David took time to explain some of the tricky parts of the install and made sure any concerns were addressed. We will definitely use Tile Metrics for the next phase of our flooring. Highly recommended!

Rolando, the owner, could not have been nicer. Since I had not purchased my tile from him, he could have just said sorry, he didn't have the grout color I needed and left it at that. Instead, he picked it up from the supplier, and called me later that evening to tell me I could pick it up the next day. I was very impressed with his entire attitude toward doing business. If I ever need any tile work or cabinet work done in the future, I will definitely use him.

Rolando Puente, the owner of Tile Metrics, visited our house and gave us some excellent ideas on retiling a bedroom. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The estimate for the work was very fair. The majority of the work was done by Oscar and Hugo who have worked for Tile Metrics for many years. They were an awesome team and finished the job on time with little mess. We are very pleased with the finished product. I would strongly recommend Tile Metrics to anyone who needs flooring in the Central Florida/Oviedo area.

The help that they provide to help select the PERFECT tile for my house and the workmanship is top notch. Exceptional service!! Punctual, Cleanliness and Security. Considering the fact that removing tile is a nightmare the work of Raul from Tile Metrics was perfect and he help make the transition easy. All the work was completed within 4 weeks. All of this work was performed while I was working. They are the kind of company that you can trust in and feel completely secure which is essential.

These guys were awesome! They cleaned up as they went along, and were very professional and courteous. Relondo secured a wood for me that no one else in the area could. He was flexible to get exactly what I wanted even with a special glue (which was formaldehyde free). The installers were great - they were friendly, and even helped install pads on the furniture so they didn't mess up the floors. The head installer even helped the garbage collectors dispose of the old carpet. They even adjusted their schedules to let me paint the quarter round moldings before they put them on to save me the task. They also left me with the excess wood, so I won't have to match the wood again if there are any accidents in the future! The wood distributor was out of California from a company known as Urban Floors.

His workers were excellent. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite and courteous. They didn't make any messes, they were quick, hardworking, and worked nonstop. They were very reasonable with their pricing, more reasonable than anybody else. They had no problem adding additional work on during the project.

They did an excellent job. The material was great the workman did an excellent job. Everything was level. I had no problems with it. They had what we needed. They showed a lot of reference work that they had done for other people. It all looked very good. They came highly recommended and I can't say I was disappointed. I would recommend them. Their quality was excellent. I would definitely use them again if I needed them.

They did a very nice job with things. I think they were reasonably priced. I think we found them on Angie's List. We are happy with it. I don't know if my husband looked around with any other company or not but I think they're a little bit higher. We'll probably use them again. The only thing I don't really like is just the very end of it with the clean up when they were done with everything as far as having them mop the floors and if they don't come back out and do that, we had to do that.

I practically stumbled on the Tile Metrics shop. The shop is very small, but the selection of tile is amazing. Anna and Rolando are the husband/wife team who own the shop. Anna helped me so much by pulling out tiles that I may like, and then letting me take them home for days at a time to see how the tiles looked in different light. Their installer, Kelvin, came out and measured and gave me an estimate for installation even though I hadn't picked out the tile yet. Many companies won't measure until you place an order for tile. Kelvin is a great installer. He works by himself, and he's very meticulous with his work, so he may be slower than other installers, but his work is amazing. He cleaned up his work area at the end of the day, and was respectful that he was tiling with 3 kids in the house. We are planning on tiling the patio next year, and I will definitely use this company again.
