The grout color sealing job did not last two months. The grout stains are returning and continuing to worsen over time. I paid $700 for this job. I called to file a warranty claim and their response was they will come out when they in the area which apparently is not very often. How interesting as they were out the next day for the initial job. Why should customers have to wait months to get the problem remedied? Constant calls result in we will get to you. Stay away from this company!

Don't bother with this solution. They don't remove bad grout and regrout. They only treat the mold with something superficially and then paint a stain over it. BUT IT COMES BACK! AND THEY NEVER GOT ALL OF MY SPOTS FROM THE GET-GO. They did come back three different times to try to make it right. As they were unsuccessful, I wanted my money back. They refused. We wasted our money.

The job is incomplete. It was scheduled to be completed in one day. The office called the morning of the job and said their were vehicle issues and they would be delayed. When they arrived an hour late I was told the guy who was supposed to do the tile and caulking work was not coming and I would have to reschedule. they tried to collect for the entire job but I did give them a check for work performed. They told me their technician would be there the next day. I canceled my day to stay home again. At 9:00 AM the next day I got a call that the technician had a migraine and was not coming. I cancelled payment on the check because my invoice says Payment will be made upon completion. The owner called and gave me an ultimatum to refund the partial payment AND they will be there Friday to complete the work if I do so. This after I told him my only availability this week was Thursday morning. This after I sat home two days for him. Even tried to blame it on COVID. I have a contract that calls for completion of work for payment, not partial payments in stages. Window is closing to complete this work.

Groutsmith was incredible! The two ladies did a fantastic job - Where I had never liked the tile before, it now looks like a new floor, especially as the grout lines have been lightened. Highly recommend this company. The show now looks refreshed; front outside flagstone steps and landing to be done next.

First Lady caulked around my garden tub and inside my shower TAN and not gray grout. Took a month for them to reschedule because people call out. Second guy came to fix first persons mistakes. Came with the wrong color and had to get someone to drive 45 minutes to deliver it to him at my house. He told me the garden tub should be caulked and not grouted because being on our second floor they tend to crack. Then went a grouted it...??? Now after two weeks it’s cracked more than it was before I had them come out in the first place. He grouted the shower but the bottom perimeter of it is a tan color and not gray... also from removing the grout by the tub. The wall is crack all the way up. $400 of a complete waste. Office people are rude. I called the owner (since he called me once to inform me of an appointment cancellation because the guy called out), told him my issues of my whole experience and left in my message hoping to resolve my issues, and NEVER RETURN MY CALL. I went a had to pay another company who is very professional and knows what their doing to mend this companies disaster.

Went great. I also looked at BriteMagic some time ago but I felt the woman who answered the phones for them was unprofessional and difficult. I found Groutsmith always to be courtesy and professional. They did a good job.

Fantastic company and great service. The representative was a pro, explained everything in detail and their crew showed up on time and did a great job. This is a rarity for contractors these days...I’d use Groutsmith again.

All went well. Could have done a better job of dust control, but the work was very good.

They really were guessing on how to fix the problem and we tried what they said. It didn't work, and the next step was to do more major renovations which they are really not set up to do.

"Ron" came on December 5, 2017 to see what needed to be done and give me price quote. He was professional and provided a price I was happy with. The work was scheduled for later that same week (December 8, 2017). "Nash" arrived within the time frame scheduled and once I showed him what Ron and I discussed, he immediately went to work. He worked for about 5 hours and before he left, he told me how to take care of what was done (wait 72 hours before we walked on certain floor tiles, how to wipe up sealant haze after 24-48 hours). He left me with a sample of the grout color in case I needed to touch up at a later date. I needed to call back to have someone return for a touch up. Nash returned once we had it scheduled and he completed the work within 5 minutes. I called into the office several times with questions and each time I spoke with Michelle who was very professional and overly eager to help me. I am thrilled with the job the Groutsmith did and I would hire them again without hesitation. People always complain when they have a problem, as minor as the problem was, but rarely does anyone ever compliment a company when they are satisfied. I called them and spoke again with Michelle and expressed my gratitude with their quality of work and professionalism.

Guys were really nice, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about process but either not fully educated about warranty issues or were not properly trained in conveying specifics and accuracy of warranty policies. Because we were misinformed about warranty and because administrative/office communication was sub-par, knowing what we now know, we would have made a different choice.

It went great! Although all the jobs were small, they all took time to complete. Kevin from Groutsmith did excellent work. He remembered everything that needed to be done and spent the time needed to finish everything. Would hire them again and again. The price seemed high to begin with, but considerering how long it took to complete everything, it was a bargain.

Would not recommend this company if you want a job done right the first time. The initial appointment set up with Michelle and the demonstration that Mike (the owner) provided convinced me to spend the extra money and go with The Groutsmith. The two groutsmiths showed up on time and began their work and completed all areas in record time. Upon inspection there were areas that were color sealed without being cleaned (witnessed that the groutsmiths were skipping this step), areas that were completely missed, the wrong color used in two of the bathrooms, none of the excess grout cleaner wiped up (leaving a thick haze on all surfaces) and shoeprints all over my hardwood and carpet from the groutsmiths walking through this haze with total disregard for my house. I requested a different groutsmith to come out and fix the worst of the areas and, after a cancelled appointment, a different groutsmith was sent out to fix the areas of most concern. This groustmith did a great job fixing some of the areas, paid attention to details, wiped up the majority of the haze and managed to not track the dust all through my house. The company did not offer to adjust the cost for my inconvenience nor was the multi-room discount that was quoted applied to the overall cost. Not a happy customer overall and would not recommend this company.

Excellent experience..Estimater (Ron) responded quickly after my call..was professional and personable..provided us guidance and information..fair price too!..technician (Mikey) was on time and worked hard all day..he also was professional but always ready to answer questions or concerns..I will definitely recommend them to friends and rehire when needed..Great job all around..

The crew of 3 men were on time. The work was explained to me. After the work was completed they told me how to care for the grout and gave me samples of their cleaning products.

It was a great overall experience. I would definilty hire them again and recommend their services to others.
