This is the second time I have used The Groutsmith. I first had my kitchen, laundry room and entry door done. I was so pleased with the results that a year later I had them return to do the rest of my tile. I was so tired of having my grout steam cleaned and sealed only to have it appear dirty and discolored again in no time. The company uses colored grout sealers with a warranty up to 10 years. The staff is very prompt and professional and my grout looks new everywhere in my house. They leave you touch up bottles and sell non abrasive cleaners at a good price and do a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent work and great people. Everyone from the office manager, to the person who came to the house to provide a quote, to the men who came to the house to do the work were extremely professional and really nice. Really impressed because instead of hurrying to complete a job, they determined it would be better to let one of the showers dry out completely before re-grouting. They came back a second day to finish the job instead of covering it up! Highly recommend The Groutsmith team.

They went in to the home before we closed to provide an estimate, showed up on time and were completely professional and pleasant. The technician sealed all of tile so well as grout in the shower at no charge as well as cleaning before sealing. Very please with the service and the results.

He was great. One piece fell out and he came out immediately to repair it. The work was supposed to be about $400, but because the distributor that gives him the sealant sent him the wrong color and it had to be delayed a couple of days, he discounted how much I owed him for my time. He delivered his promise and when he couldn't, he was willing to take the financial hit to make it right although it was nothing to do with him. He was very good at responding to any problems we discovered afterwards and repairing it.

All of my contact with them was very professional. They arrived on time and completed all work to my satisfaction. The results look great.....tile and grout look brand new.

Mike is a very nice guy and was very accommodating. He explained what his guys would be doing to the tile in the bathrooms. The guys who came were very polite and punctual. We followed all directions that were explained to us about caring for the sealed tile. We bought the two cleaners that Mike sells to keep the tile looking good. Unfortunately, when the tile got wet after the allotted wait time, it started looking awful. Mike did come back and looked at the floor tile and sent one of his guys back to reseal specific areas. Again, I waited more than the amount of time specified before using the shower, using a shower upstairs while the MB shower was drying. We did pay over $200 to have this second job done. Presently, the shower floor looks worse than ever before I had the sealer applied. This is shower was remodeled less than five years ago. Mike told me that someone used a bleach product to clean the shower and that is having a reaction with his product. Our tile and grout is a natural beige stone, so no one has used a bleach product to clean. Mike said he would regrout and then reseal for another $200-$300?..we have paid $750 so far and our MB floor tile looks like it has dirty grout when it is wet. I am most upset because we paid to have a job done and we are not satisfied. To have this problem fixed we will need to pay more. This is unsatisfactory.

Two workers arrived as scheduled and worked over 6 hours. They worked carefully and did an excellent job. This is the second time we've used them and would not hesitate to recommend them. The owner followed up each time to check on satisfaction.

It was fine. They seemed to take their time to do a careful job. The grout that they put around the base, they didn’t tell us we had to wait a certain time for it to dry. Because the grout wasn't dry when we touched it, it made an indentation around part of base line which affected the look. They didn't communicate with us how long to wait until we could use the shower, otherwise I thought they did a good job.

They were professional and they did follow up with me. I will probably have the work done, but just have other priorities at this time. He did have good response time.

It has been excellent. They came out, looked at the job, and quoted me a price. They did the job in an expedited fashion, and they did very well. They showed up on time. They were very professional.

It turned out very good. We were very pleased with them. He was very knowledgeable and we have had other grout companies before that didn’t do a good job. We were happy and will continue to use them. They also gave us some grout cleaner to use for daily use and to use every 3 months. They were a little more expensive, but we got good value for the money.

I needed them for my shower and I was pretty happy with it. They come out for a quote and then they let you know how much it's going to be. They were very professional. It kind of vary on the size of whatever you are doing, if you are doing the floors or bathrooms or whatever but mine was just a shower. The price was a little high than I expected but they did a great job and they weren't here that long. Somebody came out, I think it might have even been the owner that came out and estimated it and explained it all how it would happen and what goes on and how long it takes and I guess they have different specialists who do the floors or somebody else who does the showers or something and so when the other person came out, I think it was the next day, it's tough work because you are down on your hands and knees but I think they were there 4 hours and sometimes I guess it's less depending again. Basically they're just quiet, did the work, I hardly know they were here, they did a good job and it looks great. You can't use it, you have to wait until it dries and they tell you all this, they're good in explaining everything, if you put a fan on it, it takes less time and that sort of thing. They recommended 4 days which we did and I think we even went to 5, in the first day we noticed that one little line across the bottom of the shower, pieces of something was coming up so I called them back and they were very good about it because they guaranteed it and they came out, it wasn't right away because I think weekend was coming up so I think it was a few days later, they came out and fixed it, they were very good about it and they said if you have any problems just call them and I never had any problems again so maybe it was the seal, they used one grout line or something and that could have happened.
