Groutsmith of Central Florida made it look like new again! They were on time, clean and professional. I would definitely use them again for any bath, shower or tile work.

Awesome. They replaced a tile, fixed missing grout and cleaned all of the tile in our house. They made our tile look like it did 11 years ago when the house was built.

They did a great job!!!!!!!!!!! Looks brand new! Very professional. Took their shoes off upon entering our home. Very pleased with the job!

First of all they showed up on time from Oviedo FL. which is about 50 miles from our home .They were very neat and clean and cleaned up all there mess. We were very satisfied.

Just bought a new house and was in the process of completely refurbishing it. We wanted to clean up the existing showers and have them looking new again. Salesman came out first : gave us the sales pitch, explained the process and what was supposed to be done. It sounded good and we had high expectations for the big money they were charging. End result was nothing like what was told to us by the salesman. We were/are completely dissatisfied. I could have done a better job myself. Caulking job was amateurish and I had to re-do it all myself. Grout is still not white and I could have gotten the same effect with some bleach cleaner. "Technicians" missed entire sections of moldy tile that needed cleaning and caulking. Owner of the business initially hung up the phone on us when we called to express our displeasure with the job. We then put a stop payment on the check, and then he agreed to come out and look at the job his "technicians" did. He tried to re-coat the grout with their proprietary "sealer", but it's still not white and I still had to re-caulk everything and fix what they missed. So what exactly did we get for the $800 we paid? Not much, just stress and aggravation which we didn't need as I'm already a full time care giver for my father who has Alzheimer's. This was the biggest waste of money we have had to endure on our new house purchase . $800 for 6 hours worth of incompetent work.. Think about that : $800 for 6 hours of work! Just to put it into perspective; we had an excellent electrician here in our house for three days installing all new fans and fixtures and doing various other things for us, and he only charged $1000 for all that work. Unbelievably, the original Groutsmith bill was for almost $900, but after seeing the poor quality work his techs did I told him I wanted some money off, so he dropped by $100. He should have really dropped it about $700 because that's about all their service was worth. After pointing out more issues with the job the owner offered to send his techs out to try again and I told him "no thanks", because we didn't want these people back in our home. It was a joke on us and unfortunately we threw $800 down the toilet. We could have bought a lot of nice things for our new house with $800. Their salesman spun a good story, but in the end they really can't do what he promised.

We found The Groutsmith on Angie's list and called them to set up an appointment for an estimate and description of services. They arrived on time for the estimate and even did a test cleaning. And then showed up how much better our floors would look with an updated grout color. We agreed and they returned in less than a week. On time! And they made our floors and counter tops look new. The re-touched grout made the rooms seem brighter. We're happy to recommend them and we'll have them back to clean our showers!

We were very pleased with the service. Ron came over and did the estimate, explained everything clearly, and made recommendations. About a week later, the technician, Leslie, did the work. Came out great. I especially appreciated the careful attention to detail. This is definitely my grout company from now on.

Groutsmith of Central Florida did a great job. Mike Ketzner the owner came out right away to give me an estimate, and the work was done 3 days later, at a very convenient time for me. The tile looks brand new. I recommend Groutsmith of Central Florida to anyone that would like to restore instead of replacing their tile. I would also like to say that Michelle (office support) was very pleasant to work with.

This company were excellent from start to finish. The sales rep was punctual , helpful and polite. The gentleman who did the job again arrived on time, got on with the job at hand and was very polite. I cannot say enough about the job they did. My tile grout was gross and it now looks like a new floor ! I am so pleased i just wish I had done it sooner..

salesman came by gave me a demo and price I picked out grout color set up for several days in advance showed on time I was lead to believe that they would move the furniture moved all but heavy pieces They were out about 4 hours floors look great and so far they are holding up very well everyone was polite and courtesy

All the workers were friendly and appeared professional. The shower looks good except for grate. Floors look great except for problem below. The shower grate area was not smooth and they returned and reapplied it and it is OK The floors were great except they caused water damage to one transition board adjoining our laminate floor. They immediately referred a flooring company to fix it. That took many weeks and numerous appointments to get repaired. It is done now. This was the most frustrating part of the repairs.

It was such a pleasure dealing with Michelle, Richie and Michael. Michelle immediately made a favorable impression with her fresh enthusiasm and customer focus as she scheduled the appointment for the estimate and when she called back to confirm the scheduled time for the job. Richie was knowledgeable, professional and efficient when he came to provide the estimate. Michael worked diligently all day to ensure that the grout in the entry, laundry, kitchen, master and hall bathrooms was cleaned, sealed and restored. He also cleaned, touched-up acrylic and removed/replaced clear silicone in the MB shower to make it look like new. Michael takes pride in his work and, as a result, performed an outstanding job! I was very impressed with their commitment to service excellence and would highly recommend this company.

Mike from The Groutsmith did an excellent job cleaning, repairing and restoring grout in a large shower. Mike also color matched the grout from the original grout and it blended perfectly. You can't tell the old grout from the new. The shower has not looked this fabulous since we moved in! Mike was on time and did a very professional job cleaning and re-grouting!!! The bathroom shower looks like new!!!! Highly recommend The Groutsmith!!!!

Every one I dealt with was very professional from the person to talk to on the phone, person that does the estimate and Mike that did the work on the grout. There was one area on shower that needed fastening of screws and I called and they sent Mike back again with no hesitation. Very customer oriented company. Everyone communicated very well with timing of the whole process.

I called the Groutsmith to quote restoring my kitchen tile grout. They (and others) have done it before. I found their work in the past the most fair price with the best results. With a very busy household of 3 kids and 4 pets the kitchen tile grout gets a beating so we have it done about every 3 to 4 years. The rep on the phone was very pleasant and informative. Mike came out the next day as scheduled to give me a quote. I got a followup call the day before service to confirm my 3pm cleaning. Day of the service is where things fall apart a bit. Tech called just after 1pm to say they were on the way. I said I expected a 3pm appt but could leave work early and be there in 30 minutes. After almost an hour and a half I called the office to ask where the tech's were (no one answered). Techs showed up at 2:40 as if nothing was unusual. When I asked why it took an hour and a half to arrive they blamed it on the approx arrival on the GPS. In Orlando you can drive from one side to the other in an hour and a half, I found their excuse lame. They got their stuff and started working. I had gone upstairs and when I came down found the front door open. I asked why the door was open and got an apology. (luckily my cat didn't get out however something got in, what I hope and assume was a gecko now lives under a large wall bookcase). I felt that their professionalism was lacking. They didn't respect either my time or my house. I called Mike who apologized and provided a discount which I appreciated. I wouldn't use these techs again. Nash and the "new" tech were lacking in professionalism and courtesy training. I will say their work was completed as promised. The floors look great and they even opened the pantry door to ensure the whole floor was completed.

I initially contacted them via the Angies list website and they responded within a couple hours. We were able to schedual to have a tech come by and give an estimate within a couple days. The tech that arrived was very friendly and professional and talked me through the entire process. I decided to have the work done and they were able to come out a few days later to complete the work. The crew that came to actually complete the work were also very professional and showed up exactly on time. The worked much harder then i expected, grinding and polishing on their hands and knees for almost 4 hours. When they left the floor was a bit dirty but they assured me if I wait 24 hours then mop it will look brand new. They were right, when I moped up the residue the floor looked brand new!

They were neat, reliable and courteous. Their pricing is middle of the road. However, the work quality was exceptional.

They did an excellent job. Our tile was in terrible shape, and he worked nonstop for two days to repair it. Great work!

The grout looks great. They colored it to the original color and sealed it. I was told that 90% of the product they used would be cleaned off the tile and that I would only have to mop it with a microfiber mop to remove the remainder. I purchased a microfiber mop and followed their directions. The residue did not come up as they indicated. I am having to get down on my hands and knees and literally scrub, with a brush, to remove all the leftover residue. It takes brushing to get the residue loose and then about two to three times wiping the tile to get clean. I had an eat in kitchen, small dining area, hallways, laundry room and three bathrooms done. I am tackling one room at a time as well as all the things that go along with moving into a new home. If you want great looking grout and don't mind doing some serious cleaning of the tile, then this is the company for you. I would not use again.

My shower looks brand new!! The replacement of the grout went very well and looks great. He completely removed the build up of soap scum, calcium and other deposits on the walls of the shower. The shower no longer leaks so the original problem has been completely resolved. The technician even left some grout just in case he missed a spot - he didn't. I thought the services performed were well worth the price paid and I am very pleased with my "new" shower.

The team at Groutmaster is phenomenal! Called for a last minute job just prior to moving into the house and they were able to accomodate us with a Saturday appointment. The work exceed our expectations and the guys could not have been more pleasant. All ready scheduling the shower enclosure to be done.

It’s been 6 months now and they are still clean! They were excellent!

It went very well. The color of the grout is identical to the existing color and protects the grout from staining. I am very pleased and glad that I used the Groutsmith.
