 + -1 moreI've been using Doug Vickers at Sundew for nearly twenty years and he had never disappointed me. So when I was fixing up our previously owned home we purchased I called Doug and scheduled appointment for him to come out. The first time he came out we missed each other. My fault I was late and he couldn't get to the control to turn the system on. My previous home it was all outside so I didn't need to be there for Doug to do his work. I learned the control was in the garage making it impossible to do the work. I realized I missed Doug and he returned a few days later as agreed without objection and only kind words. When he assessed the system and explained what needed to be done. Every zone had an issue. The controller had issues. The backflow valve was leaking. All due to neglect. Doug got the controller working. Repaired all the heads that needed fixing. Added a couple to one zone because an area was getting no coverage. Cleaned and adjusted everything to give good coverage. And repaired the backflow safety valve. Great job!!! I'm very pleased as usual.
Description of Work: The sprinkler system on my fixer upper home I purchased was in disrepair.

 + -1 moreI finally found out that I was not connected to the French drain. The connection wasn't connected. The home owners association hired the guy that found out that the French drain was not connected to repair it. I have spent a lot of money trying to find out why I was getting water coming up through my slab and it was because the drain was never connected. Because of his shoty work I have a lot of damage to the inside of my house. This information is accurate to the best of my ability, I have pictures and documentation to prove it.
Description of Work: I am part of a home owners association. I was getting moisture coming up through my cement slab. I was asking a lot of contractors and they didn't know what to do. I had an inspector come out and look at it. He advised that I needed a French drain. The home owners association hired Sundew Irrigation to install the French drain. After it was installed I was still having issues.

 + -1 moreThe man form Sundew irrigation came and did the check up and repair even though they had not installed the original system. I was pleased with the repair and the prices they charge. If there is another issue, I would not hesitate to call on them again and would refer them to a friend.
Description of Work: They checked my irrigation system and found and replaced three broken heads in the yard.

 + -1 moreDoug did a great jog of adding new sprinklers to where I didn't have any. Also he replaced some of the old ones so my whole lawn gets water.
