They do a general cleaning every two weeks. Never have a problem scheduling them. They show up on time, are fun, and do what they are supposed to do. Have used them for years.

I E-MAIL TO "SIGNATURE CLEANING SERVICE" i e-mail to tell them that i need the same day service. i was told they can do it,but wait until find somebody. i wait until 6 pm. that day. and no response so i e-mail back asking for refund, i was told, oh we don't do service same day. my question is why nobody from the company told me about it ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? unprofessional and ridiculous. i ,ll never purchase anything from this " company!!!

A crew of cleaners spread across my home thoroughly cleaning, they arrived right on time and were professional and courteous. We were pleased with the quality of work and will use again.

It was great! Two individuals came out. They did a really good job providing a deep clean in the bathroom and a good job dusting. There were no additional fees associated with the deal.

I was never able to get the work done. They were very good about contacting me and were polite and professional.

My coupon had expired, due to unforeseen circumstances on my part. Since it was over 90 days from the purchase date, they refused to honor the payment. So I am out $125. I use Angie's List a lot, but can't always use the coupon within 90 days, due to medical issues. This company is the only one who has refused to honor the coupon.

It went very well. They did a thorough job. They followed up and it was okay. They offered me a discount if I were to go with them on a regular basis. They were very professional. They missed a couple of things, but all in all it was good.

-Purchased big deal Nov 19, 2013. Tried multiple times to schedule, and vendor was unavailable. Did finally schedule 3 times. Never showed up. Yesterday, May 14, was double confirmed with Sharron, the owner, for 11 a.m. and vendor never showed. Little to no communication. NO trust in vendor. Request immediate refund.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. There were some communication issues when we first started. They did not respond to us and sent an email through Angie's List that we did not get. They dropped the ball on this. Once we got the communication squared away and got the work scheduled they did a good job cleaning the house. It was a lot of house and they did what they said. I was not blown away by their service, but all things considered they get at least a B. The timing was not all their fault because we were out of town. They were kind of average in what they did and I was not particularly impressed although I was happy they came and did what they did. They came when they said they would.

There we no issues with scheduling. Two crew members completed for the work and they provided their own supplies. My experience was just fine and they worked out good.

When we finally agreed on a date, I specifically asked for a morning schedule because I worked that afternoon. When I heard from them, they verified they would be there in the morning. I cancelled. The service was never used.

April 2013 I purchased an offer via Angie's List from Signature Cleaning in Oviedo for $125.00. Since that time I have not been able to get them to fulfill this offer/purchase. I have tried numerous times by phone, email, and through their website to make an appointment, but never receive a response. Finally, I wrote them a letter on Feb. 6 stating the above and requested a refund of my $125.00. I had to contact Angie's List to get help with this.

Josephine and her staff did an excellent job cleaning my daughters house. From top to bottom, it shined! I would recommend them to anyone!

They did a very nice job. They were very enthusiastic. They cleaned, double cleaned and triple cleaned just about everything. I like their attention to detail. I would use them again.
