Signature Cleaning

They were very thorough and the house looked and smelled great for th e holidays. I'd like to continue to use them, but they haven't yet returned the call I placed last week.

Extremely rude ladies asked them to leave after 5 minutes. Would definitely not recommend.

Two of the ladies did a fair job; the third lady did very little. Asked if they have used teak wood oil.....answer was no. The couch had dirt and a some paper left behind........no one bothered to move the couch to look. I had to have them do parts of the house over, since dirt was still present( this was the lady who did very little; the other women had to follow up. |I was interested in a quote initially for a regular cleaning.........never received a call or a quote..... |Overall disappointing. Would not recommend.

The crew descended on my house and within two hours everything was sparkling. Although they were a bit late I was kept informed of when they would arrive. I think they did more than a cleaning company I had used in the past and at a very reasonable price. I had a cleaning lady for about a year and a half, but she had to quit for family reasons. I had gone without for a couple of years because I never thought I could find another I could be satisfied with, but Signature Cleaning came very close. I would definitely recommend them.

I don't know what to do to get my money back.

Certificate was purchased as a gift for me. Contacted business owner soon after purchase to schedule appt for a day that I would be taking off work specifically for this job to be done. Morning of the appt, she called 10 minutes before the team was due and said they couldn't come till the afternoon. That was unacceptable as I had a very tight schedule and had planned the appt well more than 30 days before it was to occur. Rescheduled beyond the expiration date of the deal - with owner's approval - during my vacation. I called one week before appt was to occur to confirm (after I finally got through - very difficult to reach this person). I received a call last night to confirm her team's arrival at 10:00 this morning and her message stated, "If there is a problem with that, please call." I did not call because there was no problem. As of 10:30 this morning, she hadn't arrived so I called. She said I didn't respond to the confirmation call so they didn't come. I repeated her message back to her saying that I didn't call because there was no problem. I decided she wasn't worth arguing with and at this point, I don't want her in my house. I contacted Angie's List to refund my sister's account with the purchase price, which they graciously offered to do. Every time I've spoken with this woman - which isn't easy because her voice mail is usually full and she doesn't respond to email - she doesn't recognize that we've spoken before. Every time I have had to reconfirm the details with her and specifically told her I was taking time off from work to get this done. I'm disgusted beyond belief.

They were supposed to contact me within 2 days of the deal being purchased (149.00 for Complete House Cleaning.) Six days later and still no contact. I called the company and left a voice mail. No one called me back. I'm giving an overall C because it would be unfair to rate the actual housecleaning since I never got to experience it. But the Responsiveness gets an F. Getting a refund through Angie's List Customer Service - I hope that goes well.

Signature Cleaning is a busy company but they were able to fit me in within a 2-week timeframe of my first contact with them. The three ladies who came to clean were polite, quiet and worked fast! I asked them to concentrate on the kitchens and bathrooms, which I hate to clean with a passion. Everything was sparkling in 2 hours. I am planning on having them come on a monthly basis.

The company was very good at staying in touch. I had to change my timeline on my project, so I could not you their services.

I originally had an appointment set for them to come out and do the cleaning, however I called to reschedule this appointment the woman that answered the phone and said she had a migraine and would call me back and I never heard back from anyone. I then reached out to them several time and never heard back.

I was trying to get her out here and when we finally got an appointment scheduled she did not show up. I am now getting a refund.

I contacted Signature Cleaning about 1 week ago. for their bi-monthly cleaning service. They returned my call promptly and schedule an appointment for 10/30/13 at 2:00 p.m. The team of cleaners arrived promptly at 1:45 very professional, friendly and ready for work. Very punctual! I left my home so they could "do their thing." When I returned I found that they EXCEEDED my expectations! My home was so fresh and clean! I contacted the owner immediately by telephone and expressed my COMPLETE SATISFACTION with their services and professionalism. I will continue to use their services and will recommend to anyone wanting to use their service. My home was so CLEAN, I did not even want to prepare dinner. I will have them back in 2 weeks. It went very well from the time they arrived until the time they left. They were very unobtrusive, and I scarcely knew they were there.

The big deals is for 8 hours service for 1 person or 4 hours for 2 persons. They sent over 5 people for more than 2 hours of cleaning and they did not charge me any extra. They clean everything professionally and finish the cleaning list I gave them. I would use them again.

They arrived exactly on time and cleaned for probably longer than required. They were very kind and professional. Excellent work. Thank you!

Did a nice job. All three ladies showed up on time and went straight to work. A few areas that needed dusting were missed or had streaks remaining on some glass areas, but nothing that I couldn't remedy in a few minutes. The entire length of time spent on the job was approx. 2.5 hours. My house and patio really needed a deep clean and they did a good job!

They do a fantastic job. They even take care of our dog, Honey while they are there.

Home was virtually empty. Cleaned oven and stove thoroughly, cleaned all counters, mopped floors, scrubbed bathrooms including sinks, shower stalls and bathtub, vacuumed rugs, cleaned window ledges and blinds, wiped down inside cabinet shelves and closets. They did a very thorough job.

I am so impressed with Signature Cleaning that I am going to fire my current house cleaning service (at my own home) of 6 years and hire Ms Upshaw. I had Signature cleaning clean a vacant house I have recently purchased and am preparing to rent. I could provide details but I think this says it all.

They were nice when they came but it did take a few scheduling to do it and they didn't show up the first time so it's not a service that I think I'll use again. I called them and left a message. Nothing. I called again and finally had a hold of somebody and they said they didn't remember talking to me at all. They're really friendly but they weren't very reliable. They did the job in the end but they weren't very reliable in some of the scheduling.

Three ladies showed up. They came later than appointed time, but with a phone call first. They did all the cleaning expected and then some. They did a load of wash while they were here for my towels and dog towels that were near doors. They cleaned my sliding doors to the patio. The counters shined. The floors still had some spots on them that could have come up. I have a lot of tile in my house. Not an easy task. They were friendly. I would use them again depending on what their regular charges are. It was worth the big deal price.

There were terrible to try to reach. It took five phone calls to get the work scheduled. They they sent us what looked like a billing for nearly double of the original price. I have called and emailed about the billing and have had no response. I don't recommend them.

The team arrived and Josephine, head of Signature Cleaning, introduced all four members. I shared the layout of the house needed work area. Josephine quickly determined who went where and did what. They got to work quickly and worked hard doing a deep clean. When a question arose it was addressed and taken care of. The job was completed in two hours and things sparkled and smelled fresh! Nothing broken, items placed back in original places.

I have had a really hard time scheduling the service. We did finally schedule an appointment for today at 4:00. I confirmed that appointment yesterday evening. It's now an hour past the scheduled time and she didn't show up and hasn't called.

Excellent service. They did a thorough cleaning of my entire home.
