Description of Work: They cleaned the entire house with a reasonable price. They did good job and were friendly. However, they were not able to responsible for some small broken part in the house. It was easily fixed so i don't mind.

Description of Work: We had to initiate contact. Never answered on time had to request for refund and went with another company. Other company is an A company they communicated with me the same day and scheduled me immediately for cleaning.

Description of Work: They called me the day and time they were to be here in December and cancelled because of car trouble. Then told me they couldn't fit me in for over 30 days because they where busy. Asked me if January was good and it wasn't They never contacted me again and never refunded me the 149.00 to this day just kept the money and no contact. This was why I joined Angies list because I need house cleaners and people to do things around my house Very sad first experience

Description of Work: Being disabled I am able to keep up with everyday cleaning, but the heavy cleaning gets neglected. They sent 2 women that did a fantastic job. They were pleasant, clean, and did an amazing job. I would have them back any time. They were about 30 minutes late, due to they could not find my house.

Description of Work: Keeps making me promises that she will need to talk to her boss to schedule a cleaning appointment for me. She never calls back and I have to basically call her or text her every week to just get a d*** appoinment!!! Very frustrating! I would never use them again - going to call u for a refund . I'm too busy for this nonsense !

Description of Work: Impossible to schedule services with Signature Cleaning. I purchased the Big Deal for $125.00 for 3 hours of cleaning on 7/29/13. On 8/4 I got an email saying they would contact me shortly. By 8/29 I still hadn't heard from anyone and emailed again to schedule services. I did get a response that evening stating they would contact me in the morning to schedule something. No phone call or email that next morning. On 9/2 I got an email after 10PM stating they could be at my house at 3PM - the next day!! I didn't even get the email until 10AM on the 3rd, which is definitely not enough notice! I immediately called and left a voice mail letting them know that 16 hrs notice is definitely not acceptable, and followed up with an email. I have yet to hear from them again.... Will be contacting AngiesList for a refund!

Description of Work: I just joined Angie's List and bought a deal for $250 worth of house cleaning for $125 from Signature Cleaning. After the initial purchase, I received the following email through Angie's List from the company "Yes Beth thank you for producing the big deal can't wait for me andmy team to get started give me a date I'll do my best." For which I responded: Hi. I look forward to meeting you and your team. As far as a date, if you would like to call me to set up a time that works for both of us, that might work better. Or if you'd rather give me a few dates and times that you have available and I will let you know if one of them work for me. I look forward to hearing from you, (and I gave my phone number) It's been five days since that email and I am still waiting to hear from someone from Signature Cleaning about arranging a time to clean my house. Normally I wouldn't get so anxious about not hearing from them by now, but I have already paid and after reading several negative reviews on Angie's List, I am getting very concerned that I may never hear back from someone. At this point I would rather just get my money back than deal with this dishonest company. I would even suggest that your company stop selling their coupons as it gives members a false sense of trust.
