The team at Performance Roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof. The crew worked extremely hard from start to finish and completed my roof in a day! Even when an afternoon Florida storm kicked up in the neighborhood, they carefully went to each and every neighbor to pick up debris. I highly recommend this company!

Professional, courteous, and reliable - from the first interaction throughout the project. Quality job and felt customer-focused. Outsourced their work to a team of contract labor, but they were all friendly, fast, and did good work. Did a pretty good job of cleaning up afterwards as well.

Very pleased with the work. They came in , did their work, were polite and cleaned up any mess. It's been over a year now and no more leaks!

I worked with estimator, Paul Hickey to get the initial quote--and I did have a competitive quote from another company. I appreciated the thoroughness of Paul's quote--included helpful pictures and details. Paul was prompt in returning my phone calls, and the office personnel I talked to were very polite and helpful as well. Once I approved the job, they got on it in a reasonable amount of time. So far, the work looks good, and am trusting that the repair will hold up. :)

Estimator (Paul Hickey) arrived on time and gave us an estimate to re-flash the entire side of our house to simply add some kickout flashing where it should have been when originally built. He said he would write up another estimate to install the kickout flashing as originally requested but wouldn't be able to get it to me until later that afternoon. I never received it and have called his cell, emailed, and text him numerous times with no response. Very unprofessional. If you don't want the job just say so.

I called them around 10am in the morning. The lady at the front desk was very nice, she took all my contacts details and said that a sales person would call me back to schedule the inspection for the quote. Around 4.30pm, hearing nothing, I called them back and asked for an update. The office said that she would call the sales person to ask him to call me to fix the appointment. Never heard back from the sales person by end of day (Friday) or by Monday morning the following week. I gave up. Two things I learnt: 1) The office has no control over the sales person calendar. So the sales person will only call you when he/she has time - so you may have to wait for a few hours to a few days. I do not know if they also look at how big the job is and schedule to call the big jobs first. 2) The front desk never explained to me that I may have to wait for more than a day to receive the phone call. I always expect that for good customer service, I'd receive the call on the same day (especially since I called them in the morning). I would have rated them F but put a D for the 2 things above.

Performance Roofing installed a new roof for us. They are very responsive, and do quality work. Crew was very respectful, and cleaned up everything. I was very pleased with their work.

Performance Roofing was recommended by a good friend that used them to handle roofing repairs at the condo association for which he was the property manager. Owner called back same day to set an appointment with us to our liking and looked at the problem from the roof and the inside. They responded 2 days later with a written quote which we compared to 2 other roofing contractors' quotes (from Angie's List). We were a little hesitant due to Perf Rfg was the lowest price by a little bit, but he seemed to talk very specific about the work that was needed and that unless the work revealed a much bigger problem the price for the first sheet of plywood was already included in the quote. Crew for the job called ahead and said they were running a little late from the prior job but we asked them to come on over and and quot;get er doneand quot; if they could still get the job started that afternoon. They did, crew boss communicated each step with us and they finished in 2 afternoons. We already had a hole in the ceiling where the accumulated water damage had been more than obvious so after the job was finished we were able to inspect the work from underneath when the first couple of rain storms came in. No drips - No leaks Any Where! Job was done right and for a few dollars less than the other two quotes. Hiring Performance Roofing was the best contractor experience my wife and I have ever had for the simple reason that they were the first contractor that did not add on any costs. We paid what the job was bid and they did the work that was written on the estimate. That probably is not the case for any contractor very often, but it was a Wonderful experience for us!

The Salesman was prompt for the initial estimate. The roof was replaced ingood order. After finding a roof nail they came back to clear the area again for any others. The salesman also came back to replace a solar tube which had fallen.
