 + -1 moreAweful. He's been taking out money every year for the past twelve years and learned he hasn't been treating our home properly all of this time. Sickens me.
Description of Work: Termite protection plan that I paid for and Tommy the owner took out money and one month later sold his business. Tommy sold his business to another company and when he left their building, he took all of the paperwork of his previous clients with him, after he sold it to Proguard Pest company. Terrible man.

Description of Work: I felt with nomopest for the past few years and he being a one man business he told me last December he was thinking of retiring in a couple of years. Well he came out to collect my money for the year and retired two months later. I have called the new business that supposedly has taken over his customers and all I get from them is, we'll let me find your paperwork and I'll get someone to get back to you in a day or two. No one had ever called me once. I paid for the year of 2017 for service for pest control inside my home and to continue our termite inspection. I'm terribly disappointed in his manner of retirement. The old, let me collect as much money as I can before I leave. I have called his number several times and it's been disconnected.

Description of Work: Treated around outside of house for termites during addition work, and then checked inside. Since initial treatment we have had follow up checks each year.

I wanted a pest control service that would be safe for my dogs, affordable, & would not involve frequent spraying of chemicals. He explained to me the safety & efficacy of his products & technique. He arrived on time for our appointment & did a thorough treatment of my entire home. He was pleasant & professional. His pricing was competitive to begin with, & he happily honored a coupon I had printed from his website. The fee I paid included re-treatment as many times as necessary for the next year, but truthfully the treatment remained effective for at least 2 years. I could not have been more pleased. I would absolutely use his service again without hesitation. I am pregnant now, so I am very nervous about spraying chemicals & naturally we are pinching every penny to get ready for the baby. There is no one else I would trust to provide such safe, effective, affordable service.
