The quality of materials sold was not consistent with first quality wood products, with greater than 75% of the wood pieces in each box defective to some degree. The poor condition of the flooring was not consistent with even cabin grade flooring with poor finish, nicks and cuts in the edges, and smashed/ broken tongues and grooves. New Vision Flooring made no attempt to resolve the issues with this floor and instead referred us to a regional representative for the flooring manufacturer, who so far, has been non-responsive. They attempted no further remedy.

We were referred to New Vision by Steven's Kitchens, the company doing our kitchen. The owner of New Vision was a joy to work with. We made many trips bringing tiles home to get the right look. They did a great job coordinating work with Steven's so there was absolutely no wait times, which meant many trips to do tear out, wait for plumbing, then tile before cabinets were installed and finally put the finishing touches on the job by installing a travertine and stainless steel backsplash. Will use them again for our bathroom remodel next year. Not a single complaint!

They helped us select the tile used on the floor and walls of our bathroom. They were especially helpful in finalizing the design we used on the walls of the shower area. We are well pleased with the appeareance of the selected design on the walls of this our shower.

We went to New Vision on the advice of the company remodeling our kitchen, and boy are we glad we did!! We had looked at tile at a few different stores but hadn't found what we really liked until we checked with New Vision Flooring. Matt helped us throughout the process. He was always generous with his time, very patient and helpful with suggestions and things that we might have missed. Their prices were competitive and we like that we were able to work with a local retailer instead of a corporation. They dealt with us with honesty and integrity.New Vision Flooring and Matt were a joy to work with and we fully intend to work with them on our next tile project.

JOHN WAS VERY HELPFUL, HE LET US LOOK AROUND AND NEVER PRESSURED US. HE LET US TAKE A FEW SAMPLES HOME TO SEE HOW THEY WOULD LOOK. THEY DELIVERED THE CARPET TO OUR HOME AS PROMISED. HE ALSO REFERRED US TO A GOOD CARPET INSTALLER.
