From the outset, Jose exhibited total professionalism. He answered multiple sets of questions quickly and graciously, without the exasperation that some companies are prone to show. After doing extensive research on local rates, I can tell you Multi-Pros' were very attractive. In fact, we'll be able to use them for several projects. When we notified Jose that we approved the terms, he told us exactly who we could expect and when. Jose sent an email reminder, which was a great touch. At the last minute, we realized that we needed a trailer more than a van, and Jose said it was no problem and even had two sizes to select from. That alone was a life saver. The job entailed moving contents that purposely weren't already boxed, yet the team of two men didn't complain, worked diligently and, like Jose, were thoroughly professional. We were so impressed with the positive experience that we will be repeat customers of Multi-Pros!
