Mike was the consumate professional throughout the inspection. He laid out his initial review plan, performed a thorough inspection, and provided immediate feedback as to his findings. Really appreciated both his patience and attention to detail.

Mike was very professional and was honest about the condition of our home. He told us exactly what he thought we needed to do to make our home safe and livable. He was our 2nd opinion guy after having been burned by an inspector that our real estate person recommended. Big mistake to choose an inspector off of her list! I should have gone to Angie's list right away. We purchased the home and then found out that the roof and plumbing needed to be replaced right away. The inspector lied about the condition of the home so that our real estate person could sell it right away w/o any delay or negotiations with the seller. We hired Mike to do a 2nd unbiased inspection and found out the truth. Now we are faced with the dilemma of suing the first inspection company. Anyway, Mike is great and I highly recommend him to all my friends and everyone else!

He was very nice and came out on our scheduled day on time. He was helpful with advice on many issues. Definately knows what he is doing and is thorough. He got up on the roof and looked in the attic as well. He can do wind mitigation, termite, four point inspections that are helpful for saving on home insurance policies.

Mike is awesome. We've used him twice now for surveys and couldn't be happier with him. The first one saved us from buying a home with significant, hidden water damage. The second one helped us have the assurance we needed to move forward with a foreclosed home purchase. Mike was incredibly thorough, responsive and detailed. Michael was very professional. I called over a Holiday weekend and he responded first thing that next day. He was able to work within my schedule know how short of an inspection time I had. Mike showed up on time, even earlier than scheduled and got started. He made sure to take pictures and was very detail oriented on everything which I think is a number one priority in this line of work. He took pictures of everything that we might need for insurance paperwork in the future so I loved that he was thinking ahead for our future needs. His report was very thorough with great visuals on what needed to be worked on. At the site, Michael was happy to show me what he found that concerned him and go over it. We had some questions after the inspection was over and Michael was happy to answer them in a timely fashion and make sure that no stone was left unturned. I would recommend him to anyone. His professionalism was very high.

Mike was able to do wood damaging organism inspection and thermal imaging in addition to the standard, very complete, home inspection. Mike's report was very thorough and easy to understand. The defects he found prompted me to lower my offer by 5K, which was accepted by the seller.

Mike we very helpful. My husband and I have never bought a house before. This was are first time. My husband wanted to be there when the inspection was taking place. The 1st home inspection Mike did saved me from buying a home that had several unseen problems. He also did the home inspection on the home I am in process of purchasing. The inspection was great. Looked for and found many things I wouldn't think of. Went up in the attic and found a roof leak that was only visible in the attic. Would highly recommend getting thermal imaging which helps find leaks, missing insulation, AC output temperatures, electrical panel over heating and so on. This was our second home inspection and I can confidently say we wasted our money on the first inspection.

Very well,mike was very specific and gave a list of the details of the house and history of it.Mike is very friendly and knows how to do his job. Definitely I will recommend him again.

My inspector arrived early to the site. He was friendly and well groomed, but ready to get his hands dirty (locating the *buried* water meter, climbing into the attic and not rushing his time up there.) He allowed me to walk around the property with him, ask questions, and take my own notes. He presented a professional and trustworthy demeanor. Prior to inspection day I received a complete invoice via email that allowed me to review the services and associated costs. He was very helpful and the second home inspector I have used in Central Florida. His rates were ten to twenty percent lower than the first inspector and I feel like his use of Infrared technology, higher definition camera, along with the amount of time he spent on my property was a better value than my experience with another company in the area. I highly recommend this home inspecting company based on my consumer experience with this inspector.

Mike was very thorough, he spent about 3 hours at the home. He took very clear pictures, and included these with the report. He explained everything very well and offered tips on home maintenance. I never felt like he was rushed and it felt like he covered everything. I appreciated his knowledge and advice on home repairs. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

He was very professional , he called after he was done and explained everything he found and gave advise went in the attic to check for leaks and water stains, if any he checked to see the length of nails used and any roof clips, tie downs that are or maybe used , this will help get insurance credits for policy's , he checked the whole AC/heat unit inside and out, he checked the plumbing , Check the pool, and pool pumper I would use him again n would recommend his services

It went well. The roof, plumbing, and the electric are in great condition. He did find an issue; to to no gutters the rain is causing some issues. Nothing that can't be fixed.
