+ -1 moreI selected this inspection services via Angies List deals. Michael was responsive in every phase. We communicated mostly per Angies List system wich is very efficient. He came as promised (a slight delay was communicated in advance of the appointment time.) Inspection was thoroughly completed and the report was provided well within 48 hours. Michael said he loves this work which showed in the manner he conducted himself, professional, and objectively critical. I will hire this company service when I need an inspection in the future.

Description of Work: I am a mortgage broker and part of my business involves home inspections, termite inspections, 4 point inspections and wind mitigation reports as a regular course of business. I have seen many reports from various providers, and Mike's work and his professionalism shows in his work. Mike has done several inspections on behalf of my clients. Once the report is complete, he provides a very complete and professional inspection report with full color detail that is essential for underwriters to review and understand, as well as the client. In fourteen years of mortgage loan origination, Mike's work is the best I've seen.

+ -1 moreContacted Mike on his website. he responded immediately. We made an appointment and he arrived on time. He introduced himself and presented identification and his license. He was friendly and professional. He completed his inspection in a timely manner and promised a timely report. we received his report in three days. he also sent the report to our insurance agent. As a result of this inspection we saved almost $400.00 on our homeowners insurance.
