Description of Work: Matt was great with answering questions and promptly providing our estimate for a new system. The installation crew did an excellent job. After running the new system an about an hour or so, though, a minor problem popped up. By then, it was after 6pm. But they responded immediately and corrected the issue within a few minutes. Can't ask for more than that.

Description of Work: Service technician arrived on time and assessed the problem with my central air conditioning system. As I had expected, the system needs to be replaced. The technician was thorough and spent the time to show and explain the problem. I have decided to buy my new AC system from Mathew Roberts. They are prompt, efficient and fair.
