+ -1 moreThe reviews on Angie's List were very good for Lukas. He is in my area and I try to use repairmen nearby. Jeff was prompt. In fact, I was late and he was very polite about it. He is very knowledgeable. I will definitely use him for all future repairs.
Description of Work: I had two other A/C repairmen out for an A/C unit that was not cooling our upstairs portion of the house. They were more than eager to sell us a new unit for over $2300-4000 due to a broken condenser. Jeff came out, spent over an hour checking out the unit, condenser, and handler, and discussed different options and solutions with me. We decided not to replace the unit as it was unnecessary at this time. After all of this, Jeff did not charge me for his time, advice or service.

+ -1 moreWHEN I CALLED, IT WAS LATE IN THE AFTERNOON. THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT THE VERY NEXT MORNING. THEY SAID HE WOULD BE HERE AT 8 OR 9, AND HE GOT HERE AT QUARTER TILL 8, AND HE HAD IT FIXED IN 10 MINUTES. THEY NEVER TRY TO SELL ME SOMETHING I DON'T NEED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Description of Work: They checked upstairs air conditioning unit because it was not cooling. Evaporation coil in air handler was found to be leaking. The system was charged and options given (as far as how long this may last and what needed to be done if the leaking continued).

+ -1 moreWE HAVE CALLED UPON LUKAS REFRIGERATION FOR REPLACEMENT OF OUR OUTSIDE UNIT AND MAINTENANCE OF BOTH THE INDOOR AND OUTDOOR UNITS. THE GENTLEMEN HAVE ALWAYS BEEN COURTEOUS, AND HONEST WHEN PERFORMING THE CALLED UPON TASKS. WE HAVE BEEN PLEASE WITH THEIR WORK AND FEEL THEY ARE A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY TO CALL UPON WHEN IN NEED OF REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENTS.
Description of Work: AIR HANDLER WAS MAKING A RATTLING NOISE. INSPECTION WAS PERFORMED AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT IS WAS LIKELY AIR RUSHING PAST THE PANELS. OILY SPOTS WERE DISCOVERED ON THE COILS WHICH INDICATES A LEAK. FLUSHED DRAIN LINE AND IT WAS RECOMMENDED WE KEEP AN EYE ON THE SYSTEM ON RUN UNTIL FAILURE.
