LOWE'S

I have been a loyal Lowe's customer for over a decade. They were always my go-to whenever I needed anything for the house. I wish I could give them -5 stars for the experience I have had with my windows and sliding doors. DO NOT USE THEM!! Lies, incompetency, disrespectful reps, and no sense of customer service. I could go into the details, but I would be writing for hours if I did. Bottom line, I ordered my windows and two sliding doors in Aug. '22 and I today received a notice the installer can get me on their schedule at the very end of April '23. I had to say that didn't work because we were having our first child that same time. Put that into perspective, Lowe's I hope you care to read this, my wife who got pregnant the in Aug '22 (same time we placed the order for the windows), will have gone through her entire pregnancy when the windows and doors would be installed. And yes, we have been paying on our order since it was placed. There is a plethora of more details I could s*** out on here, but I want whomever that reads this to hopefully understand that Lowe's is Ovideo is awful, my sales rep is a liar and very disrespectful, and you will not be taken care of. -5 STARS!!

We ended up using them because they were able to get the entity we wanted. People that we had contacted through Angie’s List were not able to get the particular product that we wanted to use. They were very good, but they did not have the product we needed. They did give us estimates that were pretty good. I was very pleased with the subcontractor they used for the installation. Everybody was efficient, seemed trustworthy, and very knowledgeable about the installation process.

I thought they were too expensive.

Was just to get adiscounted gift card and all went as described.

They have good customer service and they usually have what I need.

The follow up was not good so we ended up not using them. The experience was not that great. They were not that knowledgeable. It was a lot of bait and switch. They lacked professionalism. We were overall disappointed with their quote.

I felt the price was reasonable. I went with them because I felt like they would back up their work and they would always be there. I wouldn't have to go chasing anyone to resurrect a problem I'd have. Everything's guaranteed for a year. I just went with them based on what I know about Lowe's. The job was perfect, but it was good. I'm sure I could have gotten it cheaper but I don't know whether that would have been the right thing to do.

It was okay, but they actually charge you for an estimate which I didn't like too much. They charge to have someone come out as a service fee. I ended up not using them.

The job they did was satisfactory, nothing exceptional. I just went to Lowe’s, but nothing inspired me to go there. I had not found them from Angie’s List.

We were looking to have a storm door installed at the front door. Larson was a highly rated brand and Lowe's sells Larson doors. We went to Lowe's in Oviedo a week ago and ordered a storm door plus installation. The door was on sale. We saved $30. The installation was $99 plus another $27 to modify the exterior frame. We expected the extra $27 charge. A lady called us to confirm when the measuring guy was coming. They called again to confirm the installation date. The installer, Darryl did a great job and the door fits perfectly. It took him just over an hour to do the job.

I was pleased with the help I received when buying my carpet and the company that they hired to do the install was great. They were very helpful in making the carpet selection and I was very pleased with the price.

AS FAR AS RESPONSIBILITY, THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. IT'S HARD FOR ME TO GIVE ANYONE AN A BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO REALLY BE EXCEPTIONAL TO GET AN A IN THIS WORLD.

I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH THE INSTALLERS AND THE INSTALLATION THEY DID. THE INSTALLERS WERE GREAT. I LIKE THEM, BUT THE COMPANY THAT MANUFACTURED THE WINDOWS KEPT SENDING US DEFECTIVE WINDOWS. WE HAD TO KEEP GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THAT.

ONE OF THE PRICES WAS A REALLY GOOD PRICE. WE LOOKED AT SOME OTHER COMPANIES, AND THEY WERE A LOT HIGHER. THE GUY CAME IN, INSTALLED THE DOOR, AND HE DID A REALLY GREAT JOB. IT LOOKS TERRIFIC. THEY DID IT REALLY QUICKLY. NOTHING IS BROKEN YET. THAT'S A BIG PLUS.

I always buy all my landscaping materials here, the quality of the plants are great, but they don't have enough help on the floor, the young employees are not eagle to help. Had to leave once without the mulch I needed because there wasn't anybody to put in my car.

IT WAS AN EXTREMELY LONG WAIT! THE SERVICE AGENT THAT WAITED ON US LEFT THE BUILDING AS WE WAITED IN EXCESS OF TWO HOURS. IT WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!

THE DELIVERY TIME WAS PROMPT, THE SERVICE PERSON WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND NEW HIS JOB. HE WAS VERY CAREFUL WHEN TAKING DOWN THE FAN, AND MADE SURE WE WHERE PLEASED WHERE HE INSTALLED THE FAN.

THE STAFF WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND INFORMATIVE WHEN IT CAME TO FINDING THE RIGHT PRODUCT TO MEET OUR FAMILY NEEDS. THEY ALSO HELPED US PICK THE RIGHT PRODUCT ACCORDING TO THE ROOM IT WAS GOING IN. THEY WERE FAST, PROFESSIONAL AND DID A NICE JOB.

THE NEW FAN IS VERY ELEGANT AND HAS 5 BLADES. THE BLADES ARE REVERSIBLE, AND THE HARDWARE IS A BRUSHED BRONZE. THE INSTALLATION WAS EASY AND STRAIGHT FORWARD. LITTLE FUSS AND VERY LITTLE MESS TO CLEAN UP.

ALLMEASUREMENYTS WERE TAKEN PER SUB CONTRACTOR THAT WOULD BE INSTALLING NEW COUNTERTOPS. ISLAND PIECE WAS FINISHED INCORRECTLY-IT HAD TO BE REORDERED. THEY MADE IT GOOD W/IN A FEW DAYS. PROBLEM WITH WHO WOULD INSTALL HOLE INSINK FOR DRINKING FAUCET-PLUMBER OR COUNTER PEOPLE. SINK WAS BROKEN IN HALF WHEN BOX OPENED-THIS HAD TO BE RETURNED. COUYNTERS TRUNED OUT BEAUTIFUL/ EASY TO TAKE CARE OF AND MAINTAIN. WOULD USE LOWE'S AGAIN SINCE IT IS A ONE STOP SHOP.

I WAS NOT VERY PLEASED WITH THE COORDINATION OF ALL OF THE SUBCONTRACTORS INVOLVED IN THIS PROCESS. THEY CONTACTED ME, RATHER THAN LOWES, ON NUMEROUS ISSUES.

CARPET WAS GREAT BUT IT WAS WRONG CUT AND THEY HAD INSTALLED THE WRONG CARPETS IN WRONG ROOMS AND ALSO THEY HAD TO BACK ORDER CARPET, SO THEY HAD TO DISCOUNT THEIR ERROR

THEY ALSO PERFORMED THE REMOVAL OF CARPET UPSTAIRS IN THE BONUS ROOM AS WELL AS IN THE HOME OFFICE AND REPLACED WITH VINYL. THE FURNITURE WAS MOVED AND THE OLD CARPET CARTED AWAY.
