They fit me in quickly and did a good job. This was for maintenance on an already existing sprinkler system.

So quick, this could be good but I did not really know what was going on, poor communication, did not take time to show me which areas covered as most do, the heads are still sticking up out of ground, I think this is not correct.

I recently hired Lewis Outdoor Solutions to do several sprinkler head repairs, add drip lines and add a couple of additional yard heads. Cody Lewis (owner) came out, reviewed my sprinkler situation, and discussed my options and prices. He did not try to up-sell me on anything and really knows his business. The team was on time, professional, and committed to doing an excellent job. They completed the work all in one day and stayed late to walk me through the changes and adjustments made. I highly recommend this group.

They did the work and fixed the problem in a timely manner. However, I firmly believe I was overcharged for the new timer. He charged me $300 for a timer that appears to be available for sale for around $100 online at various reputable retailers. He claimed it was a timer only available to industry professionals, but the model number is readily available for purchase by anyone--again, for around $100. I definitely feel taken advantage of since I am out of state and needed to hire someone from afar.

First day I had zone 1 come on and zone 2 would not...I was told zone 1 valve needed replacing...after tinkering with system all zones worked..and charged $280 which included changing 3 heads,,Next day Zone 2 would not work at all...they came out to fix...replaced 3 valves zones 1-2-3...also replaced lines to pump (lake water} since zone 3 now would not work...end result..charged $720 for valves and labor...zone 3 doesn't work and they said not their problem!...Don't waste your money on this company!

Cody installed a new irrigation system, operating Rain Bird box and replaced our valves. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. Our system is now functioning properly and we are very pleased with the service provided. We will use again if ever needed.

We used Lewis Outdoor to replace the sod in our front and side yards. They were right on time and Cody and his crew did an excellent job in taking out the old and putting in the new sod. They even rearranged the sprinkler system to be more efficient. A great job.
