The work crews were friendly and worked diligently to complete the tasks in a timely manner. I would use them again.

The tree service work was excellent but communication with their office was disappointing. The onsite team did a great job of tree removal, trimming and cleanup. They even trimmed an additional tree at no extra charge. After they finished, the only work left was stump grinding for 9 stumps and several shrubs that were removed. Coordinating that work with the office was frustrating as we were told on multiple occasions that the stump grinder was on his way but he never showed up. Here's the sequence of events: 5/18 - Tree trimming and removal completed in the morning. We called the office and we're told the stump grinder would arrive the same day or first thing tomorrow morning. 5/19 - Called the office to confirm the stump grinder was on his way and we were told he wouldn't arrive until the afternoon. A more definitive time could not be provided. 5/19 - The stump grinder had still not arrived by 4:00, so I called the office again and was assured that he was still in the field performing work. 5/19 - Called the office at 4:57 hoping to get an update before they closed, but there was no answer. I left a detailed message asking for a callback and update. 5/22 - No callback from the office. So I had to call again asking for an update. Was told he had an equipment problem and wouldn't arrive until the next day. 5/22 - The stump grinder ended up showing up around 5:30 to complete the work. It seemed like communication to him was even poorly handled. He was told we had only 2 stumps to grind when we actually had 9 stumps plus several stumps from shrubs that were removed. All of those stumps were clearly listed in the quote. All in all, we were very happy with the onsite work, but the office team could have done a better job communicating with us. We rearranged our schedule because we were told the stump grinder would be coming, only to have him never show up.

They were responsive and timely, doing the work in a day and cleaning up afterward.

Very well. Once I got the estimate that was quite reasonable the scheduling of the appointment was fairly straight forward. There was plenty to be improved on the communication process with the appointment to have the work done but once the team arrived the work was excellent. The tree trimming and tree removal was efficient and timely. The cleanup was excellent also as they shredded on the spot. A lift was used to cut limbs and cut down the tree piece by piece. Once they were done they let me that the stump would be ground the next day but that wasn't the case. In fact, it was forgotten and didn't get done until a month or so later when they realized that they hadn't yet been paid for the job and they gave me a call. Frankly, we had forgotten also. Other than the initial quote, they never sent an invoice. Anyway, I reminded them that the stump was never ground and a few days later, I came home and the stump was now a pile of ground up mulch. It would have been nice to know when they were coming - but hey, the job got done. Altogether, taking all things into consideration I would definitely hire Kevin's Tree Service again. The service itself was excellent and the price was very reasonable - just need to work on the communication part.

I would say the price was fair. The quality was good. They showed up when they were suppose to, they did their job.

Company delivered product as requested. The amount was excessive and company said I would be able to park in my driveway and that was not the case. I contacted and asked about making arrangements for them to assist moving, picking up and delivering somewhere else or other suggestions to rectify. When I contacted company eventually I was able to speak with someone and was told it would be taken care of the following week. When I called 5 days later since they hadn't contacted me or picked up the tree trimmings. I was then told it would cost $100 to remove. I asked to have owner call me and that took another day to happen. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The workers were very friendly and professional. They arrived on time and did the work in about an hour and a half. We were surprised at how fast they worked. They cleaned up everything, including debris that fell in our pool. Before leaving they asked us if they could do anything else for us. Very happy with the results and would call again if we need this type of work done.

came on time. missed a bush when left, and came back to finish the job after I called them. They keep you informed the time will arrived etc. Only thing that made it not perfect is: I was not told that I would have a huge pile of dirt and mulch after the oak tree stump was ground. I complained and they said that is the way and was on the contract. But I remember that I talked to the sale man asking for suggestion for the spot that would be left after the removal of the tree. I want the trunk and root ground deep because I need it flat for parking but would not have money to pave it right away. He suggested me to cover the spot just with the mulch, so I asked if there would be mulch, and he said that would let the people know to leave enough mulch. That conversation gave me impression that the standard is that the material from the grinding of the trunk would be removed, as the tree, branches and other small stumps were, however because I asked, they would leave some behind to cover the bare spot, but not the huge pile. As I complained they said that removal is not part of the service and I was asking for service that I have not hired. It offended me as that was not my intention. Anyway I just let it go, as I have to get the property ready for rent. Someone suggested me and I did: put a sign of free dirt and let the passing by take whatever they need.

They left my yard with nothing (no clean up) to do. Great job.

Excellent. On time. Good estimate. Removed tree and trimmed others without damaging property or other trees. Raked and cleaned up and left everything in good order. Definitely will use again.

Within the first 30 minutes of the crew arriving, the man who was cutting the tree, dropped it right on my HOA fence, and bent it. He then proceeded to yell and scream and the other men there; blaming it on them, and using foul language . They finished that tree and moved to the next, luckily, there was no damage from the second tree. I had my windows open the entire time, and I watched them from my porch, and the man who was responsible for cutting the tree, had a very bad attitude, and spoke to the other men very rudely. He then threatned one of his workers, and pushed him, and from what I heard from my porch, it was because he didn't drop the rake fast enough to pick up a piece of wood. All in all, it was rather ridiculous and unprofessional, both the tree damaging the fence, and the language, violence, and threats heard coming from only one of the crew members mouths. The rest of the staff seemed very nice, and they worked very hard. The man who removed the stump was excellent.

Josh and his crew were amazing. They were extremely courteous and polite! They even racked and blew off all the leaves and twigs off the property at the end of the job! I was so amazed by the team of workers, and how quickly they all got everything off the property and into this mulching machine parked in the road. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone. The prices are good and the service is second to none. They have become my new tree company!

Josh and his crew were fabulous! They came when promised, and they were very efficient throughout the whole process. They had the mulcher out front in the road and everyone on the crew was working hard. Extremely polite and courteous group. They also picked up all the twigs and raked and cleaned the leaves off the grass. It looked better than when they got there. I am so pleased! Thank you so much, I have found a new tree service company!!

I have used them for a while; they are arborist so they know if trees are healthy or not and whether they are so diseased they merit chopping down for safety's sake.

After getting their extremely competitive quote, Keven's Tree Service came out the following week as promised with a large crew and lots of heavy duty equipment. They were extremely professional, polite, and worked fantastic as a team! Not only did they clean up perfectly when done, they were cleaning up as they worked. I was pleasantly surprised to see them on our neighbors roof blowing off the saw dust in the middle of the job. I will not hesitate to hire them again for our future projects!

Kevin's Trees workers were wonderful. They did just what they said they would do, when they said, and charged what they quoted, which was $2000 lower than the highest quote. An pipe to an exterior faucet was broken during the project. They came out and fixed the pipe before I received the bill.

They were professional and easy to work with. My only complaint is that part of the roof was not blown off when they cleaned my roof. I didn't notice that until a few days later when I looked out of a second story window.

They were fast and efficient. They had the proper equipment to do the job and plenty of workers. They did a good job cleaning up after the project.

They had to bring the power company out to get so some of the trees. They gave me a high price and I let them know I had a budget, they ended up working the cost out with me. They are fair and dependable. It took 5 or 6 guys all day to do the work. A few of their guys took down just a little to much in some areas is why I gave a B overall. However, I will use them again.

They arrived on time and completed the job quickly. They also cleaned up the area which I didn'the expect. That was a nice treat.

Never happened. I had called multiple times to setup a quote for service but no one ever came out. I guess they don't want my service...

Nice young man by the name of Kyle came out on 10/14 and gave me an estimate. I called back 10/21, spoke with Georgia, and she told me that Kyle was on vacation til Monday and could not do the scheduling. Waited until that Monday, 10/24 and called every day for a week after and got voicemail - no return call. If they weren't interested in doing the work, they only had to let me know. It's like they've fallen off the face of the Earth.
