Everything went well. The stump was gone by the time that I arrived home from work.

I would use this company again in the future.

Kevin personally gave an estimate and helped guide me with a difficult situation. Two of the trees that were large enough to fall onto my house in a storm were on Seminole County land. After I started to get permission to remove the two trees from Seminole County (this took only two days!! - I was impressed with County Gov't helpfulness!!), Kevin's crew removed the trees as agreed. The crew also trimmed the oak, but seemed not to understand that I wanted the oak trimmed for both cosmetic and safety reasons, so I will have someone else make the tree look better (but it certainly is safer now!!) Overall, Kevin himself is knowledgeable and solid, his crew was excellent at removing the pines and good at trimming the oak.

I wasn't home while the tree was removed, but when I got home, I was impressed that the only evidence of them being there was the missing tree. They had removed all portions of the tree, and had raked up the sawdust from grinding the stump. They rang my neighbor's door to give her a bird's nest with 2 baby birds. While they were inspecting the tree, they discovered the nest, and gave it to my neighbor to take care of until I got home. Not many contractors would go that extra mile to make sure birds were taken care of.

Could not be happier. Kevin came out to the house shortly after I originally called and provided a detailed estimate. After I asked him to do the work, he asked for our schedule constraints and did the work to meet them. The work was done quickly and the yard was cleaned up exceptionally well after the work. They also volunteered to spread wood chips in our driveway without additional charge.

The job was done the day after I received the bid. The job was handled very well. Workers were receptive to my input as the job progressed. They worked quickly and neatly and were a well organized crew of five.

From my first phone call until they left they were A+. He does carry Workman's Compensation which was very important to me for the company to have. I called Monday and he came out on a Wednesday or Thursday, and I already had confirmation from his insurance company of the Workman's Comp. He came out on the agreed upon date and time. I had absolutely no problem. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up and the workers were very courteous and nice. I was very satisfied and highly impressed.

Kevin came at the appointed time and took the time to explain what needed to be done.

The experience was very positive. I would recommend them. They even sent me a thank you note (3 times)for my business. However, when my sister spoke to Kevin by phone, he was a bit rude to her.

IT WAS FINE. THEY WERE PROMPT. THEY CAME AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE. IT WAS A VERY REASONABLE ESTIMATE. THEY CLEANED UP THE MESS, AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE. THERE WAS NO MESS.
