Like many others have stated, the service started out very well, being prompt and doing an overall good job. In the past 6 months however, there were many times when the service was cancelled at the last minute and the standards seemed to be less than expected even after being told. My last disappointed occurred when approximately 1 month had gone by with multiple cancellations and no availability or attempt to make room in the schedule to clean my home, within a reasonable amount of time, after being a customer for a long period of time.

Janine has been cleaning my home for the last 8 months and we are extremely happy with her services. I've used a number of cleaning services over the past few years with mixed success, and especially hate it when the cleaning services makes the house and quot;look cleanand quot; by shifting and throwing stuff around rather than actually cleaning. When Janine and her team leave, my house is spotless and I can actually see a significant difference. She is punctual, intelligent, and takes care to thoroughly clean the entire house properly. I don't often leave recommendations, but I am very happy with her services and would highly recommend her to my friends.

janine has worked for me about 2 plus years, at first she was very good over the last 9 months she has been late or not showed up at all. thelast time she was at my home she stayed for 2 hours and wanted me to pay her $100 i think that 50 dollars an hour is a bit excessive... she used to be very through but lately her work has been very shoddy. soap scum and mold left in the bathroom,laundry pilled in the corner of the closet so it can not be seen and i have to go over everything because it is not clean,i think she has taken on more houses than she can handle and it shows in her work and her negative attitude. i tied to talk to her about my concerns but she became very combative and she was asked to leave my home

I cannot give a higher recommendation for Janine and her mother. They are worth every penny! We have been through several cleaning services that just didn't make the cut. The others were not as thorough as you expect a cleaning service to be and left much to be desired for our high standards. Our large home is challenging to keep visitor ready, but Janine has made it the perfect place for us to entertain at any moment. I have never given a recommendation for any other cleaning service I have used; I give Janine one without hesitation. Janine does a thorough job, each and every week. The house smells fantastic and you can really see the difference. Floors, counters, bathrooms, bedrooms, dishes, laundry... she does it all! When she says she is going to clean the house - it is exactly as you would expect. Everything cleaned. She and her mother work hard and efficiently. I would recommend her to anyone who expects quality service each and every time.

Janine is the best cleaning service I have ever had and I have fired many because they do not CLEAN.Jennine and her mother provide a detailed cleaning i.e glass. dusting bathrooms and even the tracks in the sliding doors get done. I witnessed Jenine and her friend lifting up the sofa to clean under it (Amazing). Recently Jenine changed our cleaning day at my request becaues I started a new job and when she was here she should have stayed home because she was not feeling well.. Anyone wanting a real cleaning service should call Jenine, she puts the franchises to shame.

I called and left a message to request a quote for service, but did not receive a callback for a couple of days. When I did receive a callback at 9:00 am, I missed the call, but called immediately back. There was no answer so I left a voicemail. My call was not returned until the following evening. I spoke with Janine at that time and requested an estimate; she said she would call me back to confirm her availability, but never did. Needless to say, I never received service from this provider.

Won't try this again. Clearly if not punctual in keeping appointment to provide an estimate, indicative of what we'd expect if we hired here.

They were punctual and cleaned my house from top to bottom. My home was absolutely spotless and beautiful.

Janine and her mother were very nice people and they care about their work quality. They cleaned our house and spent extra time on the troublesome areas and went above and beyond. Highly recommend them.

A friend of mine has been using Janine for several months and recommended her. After coming to my house to give me an estimate, I decided to hire her. She was polite, professional, and I felt comfortable with her in my home. She cleaned my house for the first time today, and WOW!! The house is singing. Everything is spotless. She even managed to get the sink drain in my bathroom unclogged. Hallelujah! This is the BEST house cleaning service I have ever had. She will be coming biweekly.
