Homeshield Roofing

My wife and I bought our house in March and before we could get our insurance, we needed to replace the roof. Ian and Tim at HomeShield were referred to us by friends, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was our first time purchasing a roof, so we had no idea what was coming (process, communication, timing, etc.) Ian and Tim were responsive, professional, and really made this whole thing easy for us to navigate. The roof looks great, and our neighbors even complimented it as well. All around great company and trustworthy.

Tim and the HomeShield team are tremendous. From the first day meeting, Tim he has been very professional, courteous, and always kept appointment time scheduled. Anytime I had a question he was available and explained in detail what was being done. Tim, treats his customers as if they are friends and family and will not steer you in the wrong direction with making decisions about any roof. We were very pleased with his work, and the team’s timeliness and cleanliness on the job site. I would recommend Tim and the HomeShield team to many of my friends and neighbors.

A pleasure from start to finish. Tim even went so far as to meet with the insurance agent inspecting our roof to ensure everything was on the level. His work team was fast, efficient and friendly. Everyone at the office was kind and helpful. They certainly have the customer service part down pat. Can't thank them enough for how easy they made the whole process, which can be quite a stressful purchase. Highly recommend!
