+ -1 moreI had a linen closet that was behind our second bathroom door, it was very inconveinient and awkward. Stan came in and moved the opening to this closet into the hallway. He drywalled the door opening where the door used to be and matched the paint like a magician! It turned out great! He worked a total of 3 days and I trusted him to stay in my house without anyone there. I cannot wait to get him started on other projects I have invisioned around my house!!

+ 2 moreThere were quite a few repairs needed at my rental property over the past couple years. Specifically, a leaking toilet bowl, the need for mold remediation, sheet rocking a ceiling after a leak from the unit above, garbage disposal repair, and air-conditioning repair. All projects were completed in a timely manner and well worth the reasonable prices charge. A+ work!
Description of Work: Stan has been my preferred repairman/handyman/contractor to handle all repairs and serving of my rental property in the Metrowest area of Orlando. Living in NYC, it's imperative that I have a trustworthy and dependable contractor to rely on for repairs and maintenance as I prefer a hands-off approach. Stan was in direct contact with my tenant and always conducted himself in a courteous and professional manner. When a repair was necessary, the turnaround time was faster than expected. Within 24 hours, he was on location assessing the details of the repair, and just as swiftly completed the projects. I highly recommend his company for all handyman/contracting services. You'll be hard pressed to find a contractor as knowledgeable as Stan with an equal desire for top customer service (both for me and the tenant).

+ 0 moreHandy Stan called to let me know they would be at my home in a few minutes and arrived promptly at the time we had discussed previously. They were professional, clean and worked quickly. The fence was installed an hour ahead of what was anticipated. They even picked up the fencing I had already purchased and returned the unused sections of fence to the store. They then brought my refund for the returned fencing back to my house. I will use Handy Stan for future home needs. I highly recommend their services.
