I had left messages for two different grout companies who were local and neither even bothered to call me back. The Groutsmith was located farther away, but responded promptly to my request and got me scheduled for an estimate. The employees were professional, knowledgeable and efficient, both at scheduling me and doing the work. HIghly recommend!

Mike of Groutsmith is amazing at all things tile and grout. 30 year old showers look new! He was very friendly and enthusiastic about his work and took the time to describe the process as he went along. It was so refreshing to meet someone who loves what he does! Great service and GREAT RESULTS!!!

They made it easy to access their information and to see the quality of their work even though I'm in another state.

Nice that they could inject under tile rather than lift out to repair and therefore did not have nearly as much risk of cracking tiles.
