I am really pleased with the job Groutsmith did in my master shower..... it looks brand new.... thank you for finding this wonderful company. I will recommend them to my friends.

The technicians were prompt, worked quickly and did a wonderful job. From start to finish it was easy to work with Mike (the owner) and the rest of his team.

Fantastic job, but poor matching of tile grout color

Only issue I have is that I had sent several emails that I never got a response to, and ended up having to call by phone to get a respnnse.

The tile flooring and grout were extremely dirty. The technician did an excellent job and the tile and grout look very nice. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very courteous and professional.

The work to replace and seal the grout in our shower was completed four days ago. We will use the shower tomorrow for the first time, so this evaluation may be premature. That said, to this point we are please with the speed with which GroutSmith responded to our request for an estimate, and what appears to be very good workmanship. The GroutSmith personnel were very polished and professional, and the work was accomplished according to our expectations.

Groutsmith provided exactly the service they promised. On time for all stages to re-grout a leaking 2nd story outside patio deck. Always professional, courteous & amicable despite the blazing hot weather conditions of the job. Special kudos to Robert, who endured the the worst of it. Can't fully rate the quality & value yet because I won't know if the leaks are fully sealed untl it rains again, but can't help but believe the quality of their work equals the quality of their professionals. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again for future grout work.
