I got a call from Michelle just five minutes after posting on HomeAdvisor. She was so friendly and helpful while setting up my estimate appointment. My estimator Ron arrived several minutes before our appointment time, reviewed my project, answered all my questions and had me on their schedule within 30 minutes. My technician Scott arrived 10 minutes early, immediately went to work and several hours later his results were amazing. I can't say enough about this company. From introduction to job completion, everyone was courteous, prompt and professional. Had I known how great my shower would look, I certainly would've called them sooner. Thanks Groutsmith!

Grout replaced - I feel as though it is a brand new shower - the workman was professional, kind and got right to the job. WOW!! What a difference this small change can make, I used to say I hated going into the shower - not anymore!!

Excellent service, repaired grout in glass block shower, including floor and walls. Also did some damage control for a line of wall tile. The shower now looks like the day we moved in, brand new!

Todd and Chris were excellent to work with and we cannot say enough positive things about how satisfied we are with their customer service and attention to detail.on our damaged tile and grout. They quickly and economically removed and replaced damaged tile and resealed with matching grout. We are incredibly pleased and plan to use their service again in the future to clean and seal the remainder of our grout.

They arrived the same day I called to check the job and give me an estimate. The work to clean, replace leaky grout, and seal, was scheduled and completed two days later. I'm no expert on how the finished result should look, but it looks like they did everything they said would be done. I'm very happy with the work at this point. The price seemed reasonable for the amount of time required to finish the job.

Just prior to moving into a new home I had a short period of time to have the tile grout sealed. Groutsmith was able to quickly get the work completed so there was no delay in moving in. Their service was excellent and everyone I had contact with was very friendly and helpful.

The team showed up on time, explained what they would be doing, kept me informed throughout the day and apologized for the noise - which was from the equipment used to perform the job. Wonderful experience - beautiful floors afterwards. Have already referred the company to a friend that commented that my floors looked like new!

Mike came out to the house and explained everything they would do to bring our disgusting tile back to life. The crew that came to the house worked hard at making all the tile in the house looked like brand new. They replaced a few tiles and they came out perfect. All in all they saved us from replacing all the tile in the house . This saved us tons of money!!!

We had concerns with the initial repair, when we brought it to their attention it was resolved quickly on the second visit.

They are Johnny on the spot when it comes to the sales appointment, but when there are problems, don't count on them responding very quickly or to take responsibility for damages. I agreed for them to come in and re-color my grout. While the guys were here, I approved the work that was completed. Within 2 hours of them leaving, upon closer examination, I realized that some of the black tiles were scratched and damaged by the installers. I sent an email immediately to notify them. I spoke with Mike, the owner, and he said he would come out and look at it once he checked his schedule. No word from him for 2 days. I had to call back and scheduled with Michelle for him to come check out the damage. He did finally come out a week later, and was not happy or friendly, asking me �how do I know that my guys did it?�, and said he would check with his guys and get back with me. (This bathroom tile floor was only one year old and in excellent condition prior to their work!) Once again no follow up, I had to call him again, his excuse this time was that he had tried to call but it went to voice mail. Interestingly enough he didn't leave a message. When I finally did speak with him, he accepted no responsibility for the damages. Needless to say, I was terribly disappointed and would not recommend the service based on the handling of problem issues. Mike knows how to sell, but doesn't know how to resolve customer complaints. Always ask for a discount, he has a lot of room to move in his initial estimate. DON'T pay with anything but a credit card, otherwise, you have no recourse (unfortunately, we paid by check).
