They did a great job. On time, explained what they were doing and left instructions on how to care for it afterwards. They also left me a small bottle of the grout sealer so I can use in the future if needed and be able to match the color. Very professional and cleaned up when they were done.

Great experience and quality work . Floor and grout looks new, very satisfied. Estimator was great and tech. that came out was outstanding . Recommend them for cleaning tile.

GroutSmith is great! Used the shower yesterday for the first time after completion of the work (needed to wait 5 days for grout to cure). The shower looks and feels newer than it did when we first built the house 10 years ago. GroutSmith's staff was on time, competent and professional and the price was what I felt was fair for the work done. I will use them again and may just have them come out and clean all my shower and bath tile.

Groutsmith has customer service down to a science. I received immediate response to my initial inquiry. Mike and his crew were great. My ugly grout was replaced and my floors beautifully restored. I highly recommend this company.

Ron did a thorough evaluation of the work needed in the shower and bathroom. As scheduled, Mike arrived and did an excellent job. He was very courteous and professional. Our master bathroom looks like new! I would highly recommend GroutSmith of Central Florida to all my friends and neighbors. Excellent job!

The new grout color is perfect. The technicians were personable and professional. I wish I had been forewarned that they do not move large items and that the haze on the tiles would be difficult to remove.
