They were able to schedule within a few days, moved and put furniture back, and gave us plenty of options for grout color as well. Amazing company with amazing service!!!

They were very professional and quick. One thing I did not like is that when I called them they mentioned they move the furniture to get all tile work, but they don't . They only move sofas. They do not move beds or dressers to get all the way.

The quote I received stated the grout haze and stain would be *mopped off*. It was not. When I first called to complain, I was told that I needed to mop the floors with a vinegar and water solution after 48 hours. I sent photos the next day of the floors and some area that was missed on the shower wall and asked why the homeowner is responsible for the mopping and cleaning of the grout haze given the price paid. They sent the tech out again the next day and she said that someone should have told me I needed to mop up the haze (even though the scope of work in the quote included it). In the end, everything was taken care of and looks great, although I had to take a couple extra steps to get it completed. I would recommend them and will probably use them again but only after double-checking who is cleaning up afterwards.

They are very conscientious in their work. I had them come back to redo some of the grout sealer, which they did promptly. The end result looks great. I would definitely use them again.

The tile in our rental house was very dirty! After Groutsmith cleaned the floor the tile looked new! I got two other estimates, and I'm so glad I chose Groutsmith. Seriously, this company was wonderful to work with. The salesman, Kevin, actually cleaned a tile to show us what they were going to do and how it would look.

Kristen took care of us from the very first call. She was able to get someone out for an estimate and for us into their tight schedule to get the work done right away...we are so appreciative of the service we received. Everyone was professional, on time and friendly! The bathroom floors look brand new and the cost was very affordable! Great job and we have told our neighbors about the Groutsmith!!!

very professional and certainly know what they're doing

My wife and I are very happy with the work of Groutsmith of Central Florida. We had grout work done in the hallway-guest bath area and the grout & tile work done in the master bath-shower area. WOW !!! We should have called years ago. This company is superb, timely communications, scheduling and work.

The worker showed up on time and worked really hard.

I got 3 bids and theirs was the best. Very personable and knowledgeable staff. I liked them so well, I called them back to do a small job in my new home as well.

Their customer service, from the ladies in the office to Kevin coming to determine what needed, was exceptional. They did a great job communicating and were absolutely on time every time.
