Garage Experts of East Orlando

Garage Experts of East Orlando did an absolute phenomenal job sealing my three car garage floor. I contacted Thomas before I moved into my new house and provided him with the square footage of my garage. He explained in detail how the job would be performed, what materials he would use and provided me with color options, along with a quote for the work. I felt very comfortable moving forward with the project and it was an added bonus that I would be supporting a veteran owned business (Thomas is a retired Marine). Thomas and his wife showed up on time, prepped the area and began working by sanding the concrete and getting rid of the various cracks. Then they put down a coating of something and things really started to look nice. They added a bunch of flake that really made the floor look amazing. The prior floor was sealed a long time ago by someone who did not know what they were doing. It was a mess and whoever did it used like ten pieces of flake. Thomas on the other hand went around the garage with handfuls upon handfuls upon handfuls of flake ensuring the entire floor was evenly covered. Now, the floor is looking even better but wait, it's still not finished. They had to let the first days work of the material dry. They cleaned up the area and left no mess behind and said they would be back in the morning. Again, Thomas and his wife showed up on time and went straight to work putting two additional coats of whatever it is they use. My goodness does the floor look beautiful. Now I don't want to park my car in the garage (lol). I had several other contractors working on the house and they were all raving about how awesome it looked. My mother-in-law stopped by and once she saw it she wanted his number and two weeks later had her garage floor done by Thomas of Garage Experts of East Orlando. Folks, if you need your garage floor sealed look no further than Garage Experts of East Orlando. It appears that Garage Experts is a franchise so make sure when you look at the reviews you are only taking Garage Experts of East Orlando into consideration (of course assuming you are in the East Orlando area). I read a negative review but the person who wrote it submitted it to the wrong "Garage Experts" I can't speak for the other "Garage Expert" franchises but Thomas and his wife of the East Orlando franchise are amazing and an absolute joy to talk to. Plus, you will be supporting a veteran owned business. Give them a call. You will not be disappointed.
