+ -1 moreLOUSY! Lost my suit jacket and then gave me the run around whne it came to reimbursement. They reimbursed me less than 50% of the value of a now worthless suit. They stonewalled me when it came after they admitted they lost the suit jacket and then stonewalled mea again when it came time to duscuss reimbursement.
Description of Work: Dry cleaning of my suits. This was actually their Oviedo - Winter Springs Bv., location. But, same overall company.

+ -1 moreI AM VERY HAPPY WITH THESE CLEANERS. THEY SEEM TO TAKE CARE OF ME WITHOUT EVEN HAVING TO ASK. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING IN A DATA BASE SO WHEN I GIVE THEM MY NAME (ACTUALLY THEY ALREADY KNOW IT)THEY KNOW WHAT I NEED.
Description of Work: I HAD TO GET MY DRAPERIES CLEANED. THEY SENT THEM BACK PERFECT, ALMOST LIKE WHEN I FIRST PURCHASED THEM.
