When everyone else said what I wanted was either impossible or prohibitively expensive, Mike looked at the issues, said, "No problem," and made it happen with grace and seeming ease. He also had to deal with my roofers, who changed when they said they would be here, showed up late, or didn't come at at all. The contrast between the two contractors could not be more profound, and I am glad Mike was there to remind me there are people who do things right (actually, perfectly.) Also, there is no way to overestimate Mike's upbeat personality. His humanness makes dealing with him a pleasure. He is the ultimate professional.

Mike gave us an estimate. We agreed to the work and he did it all within two days. He was very professional and punctual. We will use him in the future.

Mike promptly responded to phone calls, made the appointment for less than a week out, showed up a day early to obtain measurements for material purchases, arrived on time for the job and completed it in one day.

The company representative came out the same day to give me a quote. We had the panels replaced the same week. It was a very smooth, pleasant experience. They were great. I would definitely recommend them.
