handyman service
+ -1 moreMeticulous in everything he does. He paints, he a wonderful carpenter. He really is a handy man. His attention to details and the pride he takes in his work is amazing. He is very loyal.
Description of Work: We have flat roof in back of home that had been leaking. He worked on it and put something on it to have it stop leaking. He called after the rain and had me check on it.

Description of Work: I ASKED DAVE TO REPLACE MY BATH TUB TO MAKE IT MORE ACCESSIBLE TO DISABLED PEOPLE INCLUDING MY SELF. I BELIEVED IT WAS ABOUT A $3000 TO $3500 JOB OR EVEN LESS. THE WORK WAS DECENT ALTHOUGH IT TOOK HIM A WEEK TO COMPLETE THE JOB AND THE PRICE KEPT GOING UP. I FAILED TO GET HIS DRIVERS LICENSE OR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS ELSE I WOULD HAVE SENT HIM A 1099. REMEMBER, I WAS 63 YO AND EVEN MORE DISABLED NOW AT THE AGE OF 65, ALMOST 66.
