BLUE HAVEN POOLS & SPA

Everything went great and on time they made sure I knew how to operate the pump salt cell and all the different controls on the panel. Even after they were finished if I had question about anything they would return call in a reasonable amount of time.

I contacted Blue Haven Pools to get an estimate and I received a call from a sales counselor named Jim Cavanagh. He was very pleasant over the phone and was punctual to our scheduled meeting. He did explain the process of pool construction to us and it put my wife and I at ease because he had an answer for all questions we asked. I did find it strange that he did not come to our home with a computer or a tape measure. Other companies that we dealt with were taking measurements and mocking up a design to show us what the pool would look like. I didn't think much of it at the time because Jim said that he had some great ideas and would mock up a design and proposal and get it to us in 3 days. So, three days pass and no word from Jim. I contacted him and he stated that he would have it to us the following day and would like to come to our house and discuss the plan. The next day comes and goes with no word from Jim. I wait an additional 2 days and my wife calls him and she got the and quot;I emailed the plans to you, did you not get them?and quot; remark. My wife tells him that we did not get anything, so he tells her that he will email them that night. The evening comes and goes and still no word from Jim. It has been 2 weeks since we last spoke to Jim Cavanagh and there was still no response. At this point my wife and I decided not to use Blue Haven Pools because if the sales person was this unprofessional who knows what the rest of the experience would have been like. It's a shame to because Blue Haven Pools had some great designs on their website, the BBB rating was excellent and even the few reviews here were good. I just feel that with the amount of money being spent on a pool, that your experience from start to finish should be one that doesn't leave you worried that you made the wrong decision. So, I cannot say that Blue Haven Pools would not have done a good job, but I can say that the sales person Jim Cavanagh is not a good representative for that company.

It was great. They were real personable and they did a great job of helping me and calling me back. If I couldn't talk to them they called me back. I've had a couple of problems with my pool and they were great. They were helpful and I could troubleshoot over the phone with them before they actually had to come out. Their prices are reasonable.

Pool is beautiful. Time between completion and pool school was two weeks. Not having a pool before, not sure what to do with chemicals and pump.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY WERE VERY RELIABLE AND RESPONSIVE. WE HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST AND GOTTEN GOOD SERVICE FROM THEM. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS.

BUILDING AN INGROUND POOL IS ALWAYS A SLOW PROCESS. BLUE HAVEN WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND TIMELY IN THEIR WORK. OUR POOL AND SPA IS BEAUTIFUL. I WAS NOT COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH THE DESIGN, HOWEVER. I FELT THE DESIGN DID NOT MAXIMIZE THE USE OF THE SPACE WE HAD.
