Provider arrived at date and timed scheduled. Valve was replaced satisfactorily, however, the amount I was billed was twice what I have paid in the past by another company to have the identical work performed on a different zone's valve. Update response: The person/company who had done the previous valve replacement work was out of town indefinitely due to an illness in the family and I did not want my system to continue to leak and waste water. Yes, he did also have to use a locator to find the valve to repair it and did charge me half the amount that this provider did. I have the bill to prove it.

He came out on time, and called the day before and morning of the service to confirm our appointment. He is professional and personable. He came out to the house 3 times, once to look at the job, once when we were out and a third time to do the work. He gave us the option of having him locate pipes or digging and finding those ourselves for less money. We opted to find the lines ourselves, and we appreciate him giving us that option because it saved us roughly $300-$400. I think his pricing is very fair and reasonable.

This is the second time that we have used them for irrigation repairs. They have done excellent work on both occasions at a reasonable cost .

Called to get estimate for revamping my irrigation system. Two employees took about 1 hour analyzing, recommending, and estimating. I was going to get multiple estimates but their estimate was reasonable for the extensive work they recommended so I accepted. Within 2 days a crew did the work, tested and reset the system, and left recommended settings for the future.

Cory and his staff are great to work with. They get in and get the job done quickly without sacrificing quality.
